Rate this book
The publication of Prayer More Than a Fuzzy Picture represents an unprecedented decade-long investigation of Lee Harvey Oswald’s last 48 hours.

Bart Kamp has produced a comprehensive work which delves into Lee Harvey Oswald and the other Texas School Book Depository employees inside the building during and shortly after President Kennedy was assassinated on November 22nd 1963.

Kamp’s detailed research also examines the period of Oswald’s incarceration and interrogations. It presents an entirely new and deep perspective of how the law enforcement agencies gathered their evidence that weekend. It reveals a dramatic new context in relation to understanding Lee Harvey Oswald's innocence.

Within these pages are many new and never before published revelations that contrast the altered accounts that were represented before the Warren Commission and challenges many commonly accepted assumptions and interpretations.
Prayer More Than a Fuzzy Picture is Kamp’s debut on the JFK Assassination.

A must-read for anyone interested in JFK

One thing Bart Kamp's "Prayer Man" makes clear is that there is/was a recurring theme in the Warren Commission's records concerning the assassination of JFK. Several people felt sure that their official statements had been modified after they signed their name. Things they did not say had been added, and things they DID say were not in their statements. Too many for each of them to simply be mistaken about their statements. Making matters worse, and more predictable, every single modification changed the overall conclusion to assign guilt to Lee Harvey Oswald.

Focusing on reports made by multiple "detectives" and interviewers from several angles, Kamp highlights the frightening incompetence of the 1960s Dallas Police Department, the FBI, and the Secret Service. The FBI was not incompetent. They just needed the evidence to point to Oswald, and didn't care who did it.

Kamp also took the time to link to the URLs he references. While I appreciate the effort, many of the links are broken, and don't work, for a variety of reasons. When I add a link to a resource in any of MY books, I add the resource to my server and link my book to it do that I can control it. I would never provide a link that had a chance of going 404.

The manuscript desperately needed a couple more rounds of editing. There are a few duplications and multiple errors and inconsistencies throughout. But don't let that stop you from reading it. This book must have taken years to research, compile, and present in a cleverly organized format.

If you are curious about JFK or Oswald, or if you are a seasoned JFK researcher, you're going to want to read this book.

Get a free copy of the Warren Commission and read it. Over two-thirds of this book is a complete repeat of WC testimony with authors added comments. Highly disappointed in this book and its premise. Into the dustbin of conspiracy theories run amuck. Zzzzzzz.

Fantastic read

So full of information
Nothing to dispute. Really confirms the mess they made of it. You need a good memory to be a liar.
