Imagine a world where there is no Batman? The story in this issue is titled “Batman No More!” where Batman struggles with feeling the emptiness inside thinking about his parents death. While Batman is standing before the graves of his parents a mysterious man appears name Phantom Stranger that shows Batman what the world without Batman looks like. This story is in the tradition of “Christmas Carol” of stepping into an alternative world and seeing where that heads us and the climax really makes us want a Batman. Great story! I give this a five out of five.
