**SOME SPOILERS**
Whew! B. Love decided to test everybody’s gangsta. These two couples went through it! Lei and London are preparing for their move to Memphis when the unimaginable happens and they suffer a loss so gut wrenching that it causes a rift in their relationship they may not be able to repair. Noah is blaming himself for Mercedes’ shooting and letting his guilt drive a wedge between them. He even goes as far as breaking up with her because, he’s convinced himself Mercedes is better off without him. But, when he recognizes the error of his ways, will it be too late? Simpson finally admits he snitched on Noah to Lucas’ people that he’s the one who killed him. London does the right thing and tells Noah but, he also lets him know he can't allow him to kill his daddy. Noah is out for blood so, this will more than likely fracture their friendship. That damn Yandi and Tussi just won’t find a rock to crawl under and stay there. They out here wreckin’ havoc and disrupting everyone’s lives with their revenge plot. Yandi and Tussi have a hit list that’s a mile long and damn near everybody is on it. Payback is high on their list of priorities and anybody can get it. And, Lexus and Cade?!!! Really?!!! Nah! Find him somebody else because, my spidey sense are tellin’ me somethin’ ain’t right about that heffa. Ion care if she is Mercedes’ sister. 😒😒😒 A Memphis Gangsta's Pain was a great follow-up. Some questions were answered while others were still left up in the air. This will definitely make for an explosive conclusion in book four.

Come on now B! The ending to Noah and Mercedes’ story was heart stopping, and I was hoping we got some answers in this read. But damn I wasn’t expecting THEM to be behind it all! 😡 Jealousy, greed and envy is their downfall for real, and I can guarantee the ending won’t be pretty!
My heart broke for Lei and Londen as they suffered a loss! 💔 Their grief was pulling them apart, and threatening to destroy the love they both hold so dear. They did the work and are now stronger than ever. Lawd….. Noah got on my last nerves, and I wasn’t sure if he was gone get his ish together! I know you were hurt, feel guilty and responsible for what happened, but damn just walk away from her when she needs you most? What kind of love is that sir? 🤬 It took Noah a looonnng minute to come to his senses, and thankfully so, cause Mercedes was not playing with his ass! She was bout to put her hook back into the big ole sea of men! 😂
These damn family members are suspect as hell! Londen’s parents mannnnn……. Whew! Harem seems to be getting with the program, but his damn daddy got issues! Why are you still trying to manipulate your grown ass son to do what YOU want him to do? 👀 Now with the cat out the bag, Noah is coming for him, and I don’t know how Londen will be able to save him! Then there’s miss Lexus! Hmmmm…… Lei ain’t feeling her, and there is a lil something that tells me she got some snake in her too! 🤷🏾♀️

Whew! I am ready for the finale because Nox is tired, and so am I! Yandi & Tussi need to go! I loved the updates on Londen & Lei. Noah and Mercedes went through it but I think Noah was too hard on himself. This was a good addition to the Rose Valley Hills series! B. Love does a great job at shining awareness on women’s health issues in her books. Good read!

This series has me hooked. I love Lei, London, Mercedes, and Noah. Things between these couples are progressing nicely, and although they have experienced some trauma, it hasn't stopped their love for each other. Yandi and Tussi are still lurking, but their time is about to run out. Can't wait to read what happens in part 4.

I was so ready to read this book because the second one ended in a cliffhanger. However I still had to wait for an update because the storyline switched back to Londen and Lei’s in the beginning. Bruh I was not prepared to start crying almost immediately. Like we were given a warning message at the beginning of the book but still.
This book also included Lexus’ POV (which was new) as well as Yandi’s, Mercedes’, Noah’s and Tussi’s POVs. Girl damn near everybody from the first two books who had a POV before had one now. For a second I started confusing storylines.
I found myself looking forward to updates on Noah and Mercedes more than the other characters. I think it’s because I “fell in love” with Noah a little bit more. Like yeah he’s crazy, possessive and trigger happy (which are red flags that I’d avoid in real life), but he’s such a sweetie.
All in all, it was a very entertaining book with a “whole lotta, whole lotta” going on.

Oh my gosh the feelings!!!!
This story just keeps getting better and better and better as I don't know what to do it myself. Coming off of that cliff hanger in the last book with Mercedes being shot oh my gosh my heart literally bottomed out... I was like if my girl dies love means nothing anymore but she pulled through but then we got London and lay's sad news about losing the baby like if my heart was already in full-blown panic that didn't that blew it up. This book was so painful but like the good and the come back from all of that pain grief hurt was beautiful it was done in the most exquisite way possible. I can't wait for yandi and Tussi ass get themselves handed to them. My mind ain't never owned murder but for them too on-sight.

This was a great book. So much unexpected 💩 happens that drives the story. Yandi and Tutsi are two unhinged mofos. Their need for "revenge" is disproportionate to their supposed harm. These mofos got a hit list to shoot up entire groups of friends. Like damn. How mad are you that my man chose me over you? You really want to kill me and all my friends cause you ain't get chose??? You buggin. Tutsi kidnapping mofos and shooting bitches bc their dudes body checked him in jail? He buggin!
On top of all this drama, relationships are bending to the pressure caused by the craziness. Typically solid dudes making stupid decisions. Mad rush to keep everybody safe. Who can be trusted? Where's the threat coming from? People miscarrying babies. Book ends with a cliffhanger. It's wild.

SMH at Noah…
I love B. Love books but I had known this wasn’t the finale, I would have waited to read this book. It was a bunch of words that could have been saved for the finale. I loved book 1 and 2 was alright but this was a waste of time since I have to wait for another installment. I will say this time Noah got on nerves. Lei and Londen’s situation took too long to handle. I understand grief but she shouldn’t have pushed him away. I was glad they worked through their grief together. Then with of their resources they couldn’t find no trace of Yandi & Tussi. I need them handled asap.

This was definitely a book that tested the love of these couples. One suffered a loss so gut wrenching that it caused a rift, while the other struggled to believe that the love was enough. I was glad to see that they overcame it all—but what’s up with this Yandi, Tussi, and Londen’s daddy drama. It’s too much.
The only thing that confused me was the whole Cade/Lexus thing. I thought he was feeling Infinity in Book 1. When did the switch happen? I feel like I need to go back and read the first book again because I didn’t see this coming🤔

With a mom like hers she can't be nothing but a snake🐍. Noah tore nerves up but I am glad he got it together. Although they suffered a huge loss, London and Lei 💗love is stronger than ever. Tussi and Yandi caused quite a bit of chaos in people's lives that was very unnecessary. There was so much drama with the couples this time around. Nothing their love couldn't withstand. Simpson seems to be out of control and doesn't value his relationship with his son. Noah and London will continue their search and keep the women protected. Awesome job, B. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I love how the men are hard, but soft and emotionally agailable.for the women they love! Londen daddy need to be handle, but not permanently! Lexus need to grow up, I think she's trying to keep a closer eye on Jerome, but I can see how thinks look shady! Onto the finale!

Wasn't ready for it to end
I am loving this series, it has a little bit of everything, love, passion, violence, friendship, family drama, deceptive friends, jealousy, Greed, and of course hate. Love me some Lei and London, Mercedes and Noah,( so glad he got his act together). Love Megan, not sure if I trust Lexus, or London's dad. I'm anxiously waiting on book 3.

This series is everything!!
I love this series!! Londen and Lei and Noah and Mercedes are everything. I will say I'm on the fence about Lexus big time. She's shown she's not loyal at all. Yandi is blowing me with how she's acting as if everyone is at fault but her. Londen's father is a piece of work too! I cannot wait for the finale!!

Gangstas, Love, Drama etc
This book has it all. It has Gangstas, sex really good I might add drama, romance and heartache. My heart really hurt for Lei and London. I felt all of their pain . Noah look on tbe other hand was a different story. I'm glad he and Mercedes found their way back to each other.

It’s time for all of this drama to end. There was a lot going on in this book, and I can’t believe that Tussi and Yandi are still causing so much pain and drama. The book was well written, flowed well, kept my attention and just overall good, but enough is enough. Landen’s baby mama and his dad are flaw. Hopefully things will come to a head in the next book.

Ode to Memphis -Book 3
This continued saga will have you loving and hating these characters and all their drawn out drama and feelings. Happy to see that Noah is man enough to acknowledge his pain yet realizing that Mercedes is his love and he can’t live without her. Londen and Lei still have a long way to go but they are getting there. Let’s see what happens in the next book.

Love the flow of this series. Book 3 is involving all the characters…Londen and Lei, Noah and Mercedes, Cade, Lexus (something ain’t right with her), the parents (Londen’s daddy is foul) and fool ass Yandi and Tussi.
I love how B. Love incorporates spirituality, therapy, women’s empowerment, and reproductive issues into the story.
