This short book, actually booklet, was written by a Christian mystic seeker of truth which in India is called a Sadhu. He gave up his ministry license and set out on foot with no money walking from village to village telling people about Jesus and eating and sleeping with the villagers. He had frequent visions while in prayer and those about heaven and hell are recorded here. Some of the visions, if the Western church would pay attention, would alter what we believe about the after life, heaven, hell. This book is for those seeking deeper spiritual truths than what they get in Sunday School.

Do Not Miss Reading My Review/Story

I have to tell a small story...my own experience which in itself is a testimony!!! Once I was troubled by a person's death to such an extent that I started asking Jesus whether he came down to receive his soul !!! I checked the Internet to know what exactly happens when a person dies. To add to my woes, information on that was contradictory...some talked about soul sleep and even quoted scripture verses, and some said that our soul would go to heaven immediately.....I was not convinced and was greatly confused. Before this incident, I did believe in the latter all my life, that's what we are told....but then again, I was not so sure and started praying much and asked God to tell me what is correct, and after some days God led me to this little book as an answer !!! I was thrilled and smiled to myself and tried imagining my guardian angels and saints near me ever since !!! It was so edifying that I could understand the many miracles that I experienced in the past, rather my whole life !!! The Sadhu's visions are true and so is my story.

I liked this book. Do I subscribe to the revelatory visions of the author regarding the next phase of life for those who are saved and those who are not? No. Do I subscribe to the lay out of the spiritual kingdom of God with its tiers and levels of access and vision. Not particularly, although I do think there is something like this in the next life, just what it is and how it shakes out I am willing to wait to find the answer.

What do I like? I think the author really personalizes death for the individual and those who know them and provides comforting ideas and concepts that are certainly extra biblical in nature and therefore i am not willing to subscribe to them whole cloth. I do however think they provide something to ponder and something to consider since the Bible leaves so much of this in the unknown. The book is short, inexpensive, and therefore a good recommendation for people because it will not take a lot of money or time to read it and you just might find something valuable and worth keeping.

Deep Spiritual Insights

I learnt some deep spiritual things from this book. The one thing that I found fascinating is how angels, saints and God is watching us all the time. Although you may think that this is common bible knowledge but the way it is shown to Sundar with examples does make one more aware and alert not to be doing sin in secret. Because someone is always watching. This book shows another fact very well that intellectualism does not have any effect on the objective truth of the Bible and afterlife. This is very important as all will face the reality of heaven and hell, angels and demons, saints and evil spirits, Christ and Satan, a place of light and a place of darkness after their physical death. Please read this book and share with others as many believers don’t seem to take the truths in the Bible for what it is. May God open up our spiritual eyes to these truths as we read this book and refer to the Bible verses mentioned here.

It's very enlightening , What a special being I am!

A short book yet it is very spiritually informative..It is by the choices we made of how we live on earth that determines how our spirit life will end. If by wrong living we end up in hell,it is us who put ourselves there and not God!
