Liked the story. The editing was terrible. Ton of misspellings and sentences that didn't make sense.

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I received this book in an unedited format, so I am going to review on storyline and content only.

I really enjoyed this book. I liked the storyline it was different but in a good way. There are secrets that the reader isn’t aware of in the beginning and you learn them throughout the story, however the huge secret you don’t find out until almost the end of the story. I enjoyed the character, both the main and secondary. I like that we didn’t just get the main characters, Kya and Ryan, stories but we also get to know the secondary character’s stories too. I loved Jen and Lucas, I think they were my favorite other couple.

The book starts off with Kya moving to New York to live with her two sisters Maddie and Kate. She is running from her past and the bad decisions she made. She works at a restaurant, but previously worked for a large company in Texas . Her sister sets her up with an interview at her friend’s company. The company is owned by Ryan and Lucas Wellington. There is an instant connection and attraction between Ryan and Kya. They are comfortable with each other and are there for each. They start out as friends. However you can tell they both want more, but their pasts are holding them back.

A lot happens in this book and I don’t want to go too much into the plot because it will give a lot away. This is a book that keeps you on an emotional roller coaster throughout never knowing what is going to happen next. Both Ryan and Kya have secrets and pasts that affect their futures. Can they move forward and find each other? Are they Meant to Be?

Make sure to add this to your TBR and Get this book when it releases FEb. 28th!!!

If you like second chance romances with sexy alpha males and deep dark secrets- here is a book for you!! I was fortunate enough to receive an ARC copy of this novel. I know some things will be added & changed when it goes live, so when it does, I'm going to be first in line to purchase the new edition and see what awesome stuff PL Jenkins has decided to add! <3

Kya moves in with her sisters after leaving Texas, and interviews for a new company. A company run by Ryan. And Ryan, oh Ryan, deliciousness! Love him ;) They both have backgrounds that have mysteries, and because of that they don't bother coming forth with their feelings for one another... even though they both feel a special connection. They end up being friends, but the whole time you're begging and pleading for them to just hurry up and admit their love for one another.

When everything comes out in the open and the past is revealed- you're just like 'whoa, wait a minute!' .. you get hints now & again, but you still don't expect that final piece to the mystery!

This story kept me on my feet and I really enjoyed the characters. Even if at times I wanted to smack them around a little! These are the kinds of stories I enjoy most- when the characters are flawed, and when you can feel emotionally attached to them. As well as the story.

Make sure you add Meant To Be to your TBR list! <3 You wont regret it!!

Ok I thought this book was interesting. I did read an unedited arc, so i know the reading experience of the finished book will be better. The story itself is a good one. I didn't care for the layout, but it still was a good story. It is a second chance love story. If you like them you will enjoy this book. It also has alot of drama and a bit of action and some characters with sketchy pasts. The book starts and you don't really know any of the background information. You learn that bit by bit. I was really going between 3 and 4 stars. I am giving it four stars because I think the finished book will be better. The book follows Kya a girl from Texas. Slowly you learn alot about her as the rest of the story unfolds. I don't do spoilers, so just buy it if you like to read second chance love stories. I received an un-edited version of this book in exchange for an honest review, so I'm only reviewing for story content.

This book got off to a good start with suspense. I desperately needed to know what happened in her past to make her so reluctant to date. The way the relationship built between Kya and Ryan was also good, at first. Unfortunately, there were some details of the story that were pretty impossible to accept, but the biggest problem for me was the way things flew at the end. I felt like we were just rushing to wrap everything up into a neat little package, I don't have a problem with stories ending in a neat little package, but rushing it is an issue. I'm hoping that these issues will be resolved in the edit.

**I was fortunate enough to win an Arc provided by the author**

I did enjoy this book. I loved Ryan. I thought he was sweet yet steamy. I love just. I thought she was a complete bitch. I loved how everyone was close knit and like.one big family and everyone was friends with each other. When you find out what happened, you can help but want to jump in the book and kick some ass. I really did like it. The parts that I didn't like was how she kept holding the secret from everyone and when it came out and that person apologized, she just let it go!! This time I Wanted to smack her!. Overall, I think the author did a great job.

The storyline was good but there was way to many spelling and grammatical errors. The story jumped around way to much and was hard to follow.

Ugh!!!

Confusing timeline. Boring book. I never rate books but this was just bad. I got to the middle of the book and really didn't even want to finish it. I did however get through it.

Horrible

The grammatical errors, the dialogue with the characters and spelling errors were all horrible. Priced with caution when purchasing. I am pissed I wasted time reading this
