Kerry Newcomb was raised in Texas. He has served in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and taught at the St. Labre Mission School on the Northern Cheyenne Reservation in Montana. Mr. Newcomb has written plays, film scripts, commercials, liturgical dramas, and over thirty novels under both his own name and a variety of pseudonyms. He lives with his family in Ft. Worth, Texas.

A standard oater, not great, not terrible. Young, confederate, Texas bounty hunter captures the Osage Kid and decides to take him to Teardrop, Arkansas. Things are not right in Teardrop. People are afraid and many families are leaving the town because something in the hills is killing people in a gruesome way. The bounty hunter and the Osage Kid are hired to track down the killer. Recommended only to western fans.
