The authors say that the book did not have an editor, and they just wanted to get the information out there. Because of this, I found the information hard to follow. Additionally, I felt like the entire book was a pitch for their sales seminars. I liked the heart of their message, just found it unorganized and, to be honest, a little “salesy.”
This books shows you that it takes more than just skill to become a great marketer or sales person. It shows you how to use your people skills and how to actually find out what the customer wants so that you can provide a service that caters to what they need! A must read book! Thank you ladies!
This book is for anyone, not just sales. It helped me get in the correct mindset. It also reminded me of why I do what I do. I wish it would have given a few more tangible tips that I can use immediately. That part was a little disappointing.
