A quick read with a few interesting insights. Nothing revolutionary , but a good reminder on familiar topics. I appreciated the discussions on emotional IQ and the importance for asking for help.

Finished it in a day - I just ate this book up! Beautifully made wisdom gold-panning work on Jim's part. He's found all the big gems of the major self-help books. This is such a good go-to.
