This book was a very nice introduction to spiritual readings and connecting to your higher self. It's short essays and questions make it easy to pick up whenever you have free time. I also enjoyed the question and answers the author added at the back of the book. Some of the teachings were hard to grasp at first, but the author offered some clarification on numerous questions that commonly arise in the matter of small vs higher self. This book offers lots of insight and examples through the journey of self-realization, but no real steps on how to start your own journey - rather background information helpful in understanding objectives of small self work. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting an introduction and quick background lesson on connecting to your higher self.
