insulting
The fact that this book even exists is an insult to authors everywhere. This book was recommended to me by someone I follow online who I had respect for until they suggested this book. Not only is this book outdated now, so I have no idea why it was recommended to me in 2023, but the entire first half of the book starts with the author rambling on about how “in this book, we are going to talk about“…
Then she starts rambling on about how she started an Amazon store and it didn’t work so she started hiring ghost writers to write kindle books. She proceeds to go on to talk about how she made hundreds of thousands of dollars and so can you and you don’t even have to write the books yourself.
She suggests paying the writers slave labor wages and then taking all the credit and all the money. I understand this is the nature of hiring a ghost writer, so those particular writers already knew what they signed up for, but it doesn’t make this way of making a living anymore ethical.
So that’s cool, put out crappy content when you have no idea what you’re doing, and capitalize, stealing money from everyone else who actually deserves it.
Now the market is overly saturated because of scammers like her. It would be cool if Sophie Howard would do us a favor and go away.
She was probably the kid in high school who cheated off the others that actually had skills and talents.

Even asks the questions you might be hesitate about and answers them along with why doing KDP is sustainable, if you follow what she is giving you and like anything, dedicate a small amount of time and resources in the places. She even provides you with the support and the tools to help you on your journey.
Why wouldn't you?! I'm more excited than ever to be on this path!

If you are searching for the right opportunity to change your life this book provides useful info, a practical pathway and enough research to guide you to a decision. It does recommend you sign up for her academy to lean more to be successful but this book gives a great real life examples to inform you decision.
