Encourages eco sustainability but then warns that thrifted items may have bad energies… and consistently encourages buying crystals without suggesting any ethical sources for these mined treasures. Rooted entirely in Wicca without acknowledging it; promotes itself as a new branch of “green witchcraft,” but has no actual special qualities. Makes weird connections between chronic illness symptoms and being cursed by others.

Repetitive...

While I believe the intentions of this book are good and I agree with most of what it says, almost everything in each chapter is repeating what was said in the first several pages just in different ways.

I glanced over each page, but didn't end up needing to actually read hardly any of it after reading the first few pages.

Basic book

There is not any new information. This has been written over and over again by various authors. I do not recommend this book unless you're completely new to the craft, and this is your first introduction. Other wise is just a waste of time and money.

This is a good book for novice witch's to read and then use as a reference guide for protection spells, plus grounding & centering techniques. It's easy to read & understand, with examples given to help clarify a meaning or idea. It contains a lot of useful information that I will be utilizing in my practice. Thank you Misty! :).

I liked how it was written. Also a lot of good tips and a lot of details. I didn’t had a label for my practice but most of the things described in this book I was already doing - so I think my path from here forward will be green.
