Solid. Full of lots of great information. I think even more information would have been great, like the inclusion of the dirty classification. Also not sure if I agree with grading a car as Steel but still a great educational read.

I really enjoyed reading A Recycling Adventure To The Scrap yard. It's so important to teach children (& adults) about recycling and this book does this really well. It's a cute story with a great message and wonderful educational lessons. I also love the item search and glossary at the end

A Recycling Adventure to the Scrapyard is one of my favorite books to share with students because it brings the magic of metal recycling to life! I wrote this story to help kids see that scrap yards aren’t scary — they’re exciting, important places where old metal gets transformed into something new again.

One of the best parts of the book is learning from Mr. Ferrous Magglio — the amazing magnet! He teaches kids the difference between ferrous and non-ferrous metals and shows that metal is valuable. Recycling it at the scrapyard is one of the easiest ways to help our planet. 🧲♻️🌎

This adventure is packed with real recycling heroes, powerful machines, and the message that every aluminum can matters. My goal is to spark curiosity, inspire behavior change, and show young readers that they can make a BIG impact on our planet by recycling.

I hope you love this book as much as I loved creating it — and I hope it inspires the next generation of recycling superheroes! ♻️✨
