Genre ~ contemporary romance
Setting ~ Oregon
Publication date ~ November 29, 2023
Page Count ~ 340 (36 chapters +e)
POV ~ dual 1st
Featuring ~ characters in their early 20's, teenage sweethearts, reality tv, second chance, no steamage

Berkley & Will have been together for 7 years, since they were 15. A tinsey lie to him, but a big lie to her put a damper on all the future plans they made.

The first half of the book Will is a hot mess. It dives deep into how making a wrong decision leads one down the path of alcoholism. Eventually he gets his act together and stands up for himself, but is it too little too late in Berkley's eyes? It was just about too late for me.

Thank goodness Berkley had a good set of friends and a twin sister to keep her sane with everything that Will put her through. There was a side budding romance that I liked and I wouldn't be surprised if they get their own book.

I liked the articles about what was happening with the reality show and the time jumps, so that the story didn't feel too long. But everyone on the show was an awful person. They're conceited, rude and care way too much about money. There are some Kardashian name drops if that tells you anything.

Quite possibly Will's family is the worst I have ever read about. I mean wow, talk about entitled, snobby tools and I'm glad they got exactly what they deserved.

Overall, this was good as a second chance romance. The ending was fast, or maybe not based on all the time they were together and then apart.

In Can't Take My Eyes Off You by Aimee Brown, we follow the story of Berkley and Will. They have been together since they were school sweethearts, but everything changes when Will signs up for a reality TV show called PDX Royals without telling Berkley. This secret causes chaos in their relationship and ultimately leads to their breakup.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of Will. I thought he was immature, and despite his eventual growth and standing up for himself, it wasn't enough to make me like him. Berkley and Will's relationship was toxic, and I couldn't help but feel bad for Berkley, but she loved him, so there was nothing I could do about it.

Despite my dislike of Will, the storyline was enough to keep me glued to my Kindle. The second characters helped a lot, as they were funny and added more interest to the main story.

If you enjoy reality shows and all the drama that comes with it, then I think this book will be perfect for you.

Thanks to the Publisher and NetGalley for an early review copy.

I love Aimee Brown's books and this one was a delight! Will and Berkley have been together since high school but Will is a trust-fund kid so stands to inherit millions. When he and brother Mike are invited to do a reality show, it seems like a great idea...but Will fails to tell Berkley and things get messy. Of course he is hounded by beautiful women and Berkley dumps him. She runs a cute bookstore and tries to maintain her independence even as she must see his face everywhere in the tabloids as he's linked to women all clamoring for his attention. Does true love conquer all? Read this, laugh a lot, and enjoy the romp through their complicated but crazy-fun lives!

An epic second chance Hollywood romance between best friends/first loves who get torn apart because of ambition and toxic family relationships. I think this is my favorite yet from Aimee Brown. Emotional , humorous, and not afraid to tackle heavy emotional topics like alcoholism and abusive families. This dual POV romance was great on audio and had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. My only complaint was that the timing of the rehab stint to ready to fight for another chance with his first love seemed rushed but if you can suspend reality for a bit this one is sure to tug at your heartstrings and is perfect for fans of authors like Sarah Ready or Ava Wilder.

Aimee Brown just keeps getting better and better! I love this story of Berkeley and Will. In love since high school, they face their biggest challenge when Will gets lassoed into a reality show and Berkeley doesn't want anything to do with it. It takes time and lots of trials for them to find their HEA but you will laugh and cry all the way there!

Can’t Take My Eyes Off You is a story of young love, messy love—can it be everlasting love? My heart was all over the place as I followed the roller coaster ride that is Will and Berkeley’s story! Berkley is an amazing character, strong, feisty, smart, and so in love with Will that she’ll do anything for him…including letting him go. Will knows that Berkley is the love of his life, but his family has a hold on him that’s hard to let go; at the same time, he is so sincere in his feelings for Berkley, he never stops trying to get her to love him again. Both characters are transformed by their love, and by their breakup; their love made sweeter by all the difficulties, decisions, and by outside forces working against them. Will’s persistence and his growth are a highlight of this book.

Quick Summary: A "so hard to say goodbye" romance

My Review: Can't Take My Eyes Off You by Aimee Brown is a NA rom-com with attitude, sass, ridiculousness, and love.

About the Book: Just when Will Adler and Berkley Kaine were about to start their happily forever after, he up and signs a reality show contract without her knowledge. In the family dinner from hell, she is made aware of Will's plans. Unfortunately, things take a turn for the worst.

Question to Consider: Is taking a selfish risk worth losing your one true love?

My Final Say: Although this book started a bit clunky, it quickly hit its stride. I could not keep myself from gobbling it up. It was yummy! It totally won me over with its young love, love lost, love found angle. The author did a good job presenting the back and forth, tug of war that comes with losing the one you love the most. There were so many memorable moments that tugged on my heartstrings. It was funny. It was sad. It was serious. It was lovely.

Other: Readers who enjoy break up to make up love stories will like this novel.

Special Note: Certain trigger issues are addressed, such as alcoholism and infidelity. Family dysfunction is a huge part of this story.

In this book, I found myself in a big amount of emotions that formed a bridge across time, connecting the characters' experiences with my own reflections. The profound resonance of the narrative reignited a yearning to rediscover the vibrancy of youth.

As the story unfolded, the author's exploration of both missteps and sagacious choices served to emphasize life's cyclical rhythm, where the shadows of challenges are inevitably followed by the warmth of sunshine. This thematic undercurrent added a layer of depth to the narrative, making it more than just a tale—it became a reflection on the broader patterns of existence.

At the heart of it all was the main character, whose captivating journey etched a permanent place in my heart. Each chapter seemed to draw me closer to a poignant understanding of life's intricate beauty. This literary odyssey, with its nuanced portrayal of challenges and triumphs, stands as a compelling reminder that, much like the changing seasons, life unfolds in a series of interconnected moments.

Sure it leaves an marvelous impression, inviting readers to reflect on their own journey through the lens of the characters' captivating lives.

Will and Berkley are high school sweethearts despite Will's parents desperation to break them apart. Will from an affluent high class family on the West Coast is being cast in a reality TV series based on young adult socialites. Will and Berkley's relationship slowly unravels.

Can Will and Berkley find their way back to each other despite poor choices?

I honestly think I am just too old for this book which is why I am not giving the book a poor rating. As a middle aged woman, I found myself getting so frustrated with Will and Berkley.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

DNF @ 15%

Ladies, if a man EVER does to you what Will did to Berkeley at the beginning of this book, dump his ass. I was so furious with him and his idiocy I had to DNF, especially when I saw that the book doesn’t jump ahead several years to when filming is done and his contract is over. Lying to the supposed love of your life, who you have been with for 7 years, and saying you did it for the MONEY?! I’m heated, and not in a good way..

Cute easy listen about a couple who is trying to be broken up by the evil rich parents because she isn't good enough for their son. I enjoyed the story line and thought it was refreshing to listen to a romance where the couple is already together and trying to stay that way. I liked it.

Will and Berkley are in love. There's just one problem. Will's rich family signed him up for a reality show that Berkley wants no part of.

This was classic Aimee Brown! Will and Berkley had a unique conflict in this book. What happens when the person you are in love with puts their life on display for the world to see (and worship). This book covers years and it is sad to see Berkley and Will struggle with not only their relationship but their personal lives as well. Get the tissues out! You'll need it for this one!

My favorite part was the humor in this. At times sarcastic and at times poignant, the humor kept me laughing the entire time. I really enjoyed these characters and was anxious to see them happy!

All in all, this was a unique romcom that I enjoyed!

Thank you to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the gifted copy. My reviews are always honest.

I can't resist an Aimee Brown novel. Brown has a way of weaving together a story that will make you laugh, cry, and feel various emotions. This particular novel follows the story of Berkley "Berx" Kaine and William "Will" Adler, and it is my favorite Brown novel so far.

Graduating college is supposed to be a time of excitement and preparation for the next chapter of life. But for Berx, it became a time of heartbreak and disappointment. Her boyfriend, Will, had signed a two-year contract to be on a reality show without consulting her. This decision left Berkley feeling hurt and abandoned as if the life they planned together was unimportant to him.

As the reality show airs, William's behavior becomes more erratic and destructive, leading him down a dark path. He becomes known as "Prince Willy the party boy" to the public, a far cry from the man Berkley fell in love with.  He begins to realize the damaging effects of his behavior and how it's affecting Berx. Is it too late to win Berx back? Can Will become the man she deserves? It's a difficult road ahead, but with dedication and commitment, it's possible. Berx will have to decide if she's willing to forgive and move forward with Will, and he will have to prove that his love for her is genuine and not just a fleeting desire for validation.

It's hard not to feel for Berx. She's a strong and independent woman who knows what she wants out of life. She's not afraid to go after it, even if it means leaving behind the person she has loved for years. It's inspiring to see someone stick to their goals no matter what obstacles they face. In addition, I fangirled on Berx's wonderful and scathing comebacks to the nasty and hateful Adlers.

Will, on the other hand, is a charming and very loyal person who wants to break away from his poisonous family by earning his own living. He just went about it the wrong way by jeopardizing his relationship with the only person who loved him for who he was and not for his money and status. I was so in love with his devotion to Berx and his persistence in getting her back though it seemed like a losing battle.

No great story is complete without a cast of supporting characters to add depth and complexity to the plot. The Adler family, for example, was absolutely despicable, with their greed and selfishness. On the other hand, Berx's hilarious friends and family were steadfast and true, providing a source of strength and support for her throughout the ups and downs of the story.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a fun, captivating story with plenty of heart. The characters are engaging, the plot is compelling, and the theme is timeless and relevant. Whether you're looking for a new favorite read or just a diversion from the stresses of daily life, this book is sure to deliver.

Thank you to Ms. Brown for giving me the opportunity to read this book with no expectation of a positive review.

It’s not often I read a story that revolves around two people who have been in a long-term relationship since their youth. I thought that premise was really refreshing and added a lovely aspect to who Berkley (Berx) and Will are as a couple. It sets the foundation for why they are so close, right down to the special tattoo that Berkley has for Will. By all appearances, theirs is a love that is destined to survive anything–until the Adlers threaten to ruin everything.

Will comes from a prestigious family, while Berkley does not. The Adlers have never felt that Berkley measures up, coming up with all sorts of scenarios in an attempt to get her out of Will’s life. It’s never worked before, but when Will signs on to do a reality TV series that will feature him, his brother, as well as other young socialite royals, Berkley realizes that Will’s parents have finally come up with the one plan to be rid of her, considering her extreme dislike for anything related to reality television. She has no intention of allowing herself to be part of the chaos, which is why she decides it would be best for them to call it quits.

The reader gets to see where Will and Berkley are as a pseudo separated couple and then individually, spanning years’ worth of experiences. Will goes through a tumultuous time, pining for Berkley, feeling as though he’s made a terrible mistake and feeling trapped due to signing his name on a dotted line. I appreciated that the story wasn’t all sweetness and light and highlighted some very real issues that can and often will happen to people when they feel stuck beneath the limelight. Berkley does all she can as best she can for the man she feels chose fame over her, and it made me wonder if there would be any hope for this couple, and if young love can survive through a lifetime.

The idea behind a reality show focused on young socialites felt realistic, the type of thing I might see on E! (as mentioned in the book), or MTV or Bravo. Waiting to see what would happen for and to Will and Berkley and their messily sweet relationship definitely kept me on the hook.

Dive into Aimee Brown's "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," a delightful romantic comedy that’s like a warm hug on a rainy day. Berkley Kaine and Will Adler's love story unfolds in a charming, funny, and utterly relatable manner that makes it an easy pick for fans of feel-good romance.

Berkley and Will, despite their idyllic love story, face the formidable challenge of Will's influentially rich family. This isn't just a love story; it's a journey of overcoming family pressures, unexpected twists, and the rollercoaster that is reality TV. Brown weaves the narrative with humor and authenticity, making you root for the characters from the very beginning.

What I loved most about this rom-com is its human touch. Brown’s writing sparkles, and the characters are beautifully flawed, authentically funny, and incredibly relatable. As you follow Berkley and Will through their trials, you'll find yourself laughing, empathizing, and hoping for their happily-ever-after.

The opposites-attract trope is expertly handled, and the chemistry between Berkley and Will is brilliant. Brown introduces extra characters and connections that add depth to the story, making it not just a romance but a journey that feels real and heartwarming.

As a bookworm, I appreciate Brown's ability to craft a story that balances humor, pathos, warmth, and sensuality. It’s not just about love; it's about second chances, letting go of the past, and forging ahead into the future. "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" is a romantic tale that hits all the right notes.

In the world of romance, Aimee Brown has carved a place for herself. Her books are like comfort food for the soul, leaving you eagerly anticipating the next adventure. If you're a fan of Sarah Adams, Lindsey Kelk, or Abby Jimenez, this one's a must-add to your reading list. Happy reading, fellow bookworms! 📚💖

Thank you to Boldwood Books and Aimee for letting me have an ARC copy of Can’t Take My Eyes Off You to give a fair and honest review. I wanted to like this book, the blurb sounded like something right up my romance alley with a interesting premise. I expected Berkley and Will to do battle against his snooty family and the reality show trying to tear them apart. The story was too toxic, full of unrealistic drama and ridiculously maddening, but in the world of celebrities, sports stars and reality tv anything can happen right?!

For me this wasn’t a romance book, it was a head-on-collision and total write-off smash up is the only way to describe the events of this book. My head hurt from the fall-out of the relationship break up of this story. It puts Ross and Rachel’s ‘we were on a break’ to shame. Pure chaos with too few fun bits to make it a rom-com.

For three years over the course of 75% of the book, the characters for me weren’t developed to a standard were I could relate to them, like them or even find anything in common with them. I read to the end of this story because I wanted to believe there would be some character development, eventually Will does come to a realisation about how he messed up his own life and has behaved/treated Berkley like a trash. He gets a spine and does something to grow and try to find a way to put things right. It squashes what I expected to be the main focus of the story into rushed events and Berkley and Will fall back together almost instantly without any real growth from her.

Sadly, this book wasn't the second chance romance I hoped for. Might be interesting for another reader but not for me.

Thank you to Boldwood Books for the ARC!

Holy shiitake mushroom! This was one messy-as-h*ll story. But, that doesn't mean that it wasn't enjoyable.

Berkley was a sweet and unassuming FMC. I liked that she was willing to go the extra mile and give people the benefit of the doubt, even when they didn't deserve it. Even when Will was being an a$$, she let their history count for something.

Will certainly had his moments as an MMC, but one of the few traits that I can't stand in a story (or in real life, for that matter) is the inability to stand up to one's parents when they're treating your significant other poorly, or in this case, downright insulting her.

Now, their relationship was the definition of messy-as-h*ll. There were ups and downs and it sometimes gave me whiplash. There were some points in the story where I couldn't figure out if they were on the outs or not. Then there were the "rules" while Will was on the show. They were completely unrealistic, and not indicative of two people that had been in a relationship for so many years. It was obvious to everyone but them that they were setting themselves up for failure.

Then came the final reconciliation. Here's where I was reaaaally hoping for the story to shape up. Will taking his time to heal certainly redeemed his character (that I'd previously written off). But, everything else that followed was once again unrealistic and too rooted in fiction to be relatable.

Thank you to NetGalley & Boldwood Books for an ARC of this book, in exchange for my honest opinion.

I’m so sad this is the last book in this friend group series. Each book got better and better, but honestly Will and Berkley’s story may be my favorite. It was a little tumultuous to follow their make ups and break ups, but I think it made for a sweeter happily ever after.

Aimee Brown has quickly become one of my favorite romcom authors, because her characters are so funny, the witty banter is so refreshing, and the way she weaves her stories together is so seamless!

Berkley and Will are high school sweethearts madly in love. Only problem is Wills extremely rich and influential family don’t like Berkley. Wills family convinces him to sign up for a new reality show called PDX Royals. The show follows around rich trust fund babies in Portland, and all the drama that follows them. Berkley is so upset Will has basically signed his life over to the devil to do this show, so she breaks up with him.

The story spans the years that Will continues filming the show, where he turns into a party boy with a serious drinking problem. And Berkley who tries her best to continue moving on with her life, without Will by her side like they planned forever. But these two can never truly stay apart, and still remain “friends”. As Wills partying and drinking gets more and more out of control, he has to decide what he wants in his future. Is it his awful family, fame, and his trust fund? Or does he walk away from all of it, and choose Berkley?

✔️ Contemporary Romance/2nd chance romance

✔️ Reality TV
✔️ dual POV's

Berkley Kaine and William Adler have been together since they were 15 years old. In 7 years, Will's family has never approved of their relationship because Berkley doesn't have a lot of money. She will be graduating from college, plans to run the To Be Read bookstore, and move into Will's remodeled apartment with him. Will secretly signs onto a reality show without talking to Berkley first. They break up because he lied, and Berkley doesn't want to be on TV.

The characters- I couldn't believe Will truly loved Berkley in the beginning because he didn't stand up for her. After all their time together, I would have expected a marriage proposal. Berkley gets to watch him spiral into "Prince Willy" the alcoholic. His offal older brother Mike and Felicity and Finn Harper-another wealthy family-join in the madness. They try dating other people, but their hearts belong to each other.

Overall, the romance was cute, but I hated all the characters except Berkley, her parents, and bff Olivia. Will's whole family including himself was selfish, capitalist pigs. He redeems himself, but it takes way too long considering him and Berkley had 7 years together.

I've enjoyed the Aimee Brown books I've read previously which is why I snagged this one. The premise behind Can't Take My Eyes Off You was original and relevant in our society today. With America's fascination with reality shows and the rich and famous, it was easy to believe that a show like this could be a thing.

Will and Berkley have been in love for years. They met in high school when they were fifteen and have been together ever since. But Will's a trust fund kid and his family thinks he's better than Berkley and they take every opportunity to tell him so. In actuality, Will's family is horrible and definitely don't have his best interests at heart. As part of their "bad behavior," Will's family - - including his older brother, pressure him to join the new reality show, PDX Royals. Joining onto this reality lifestyle goes against the life plan Will and Berkley had .....and he didn't discuss it with her first. All of this leads to some major drama in their relationship.

Will and Berkley's relationship is broken by his seemingly callous disregard for her feelings. Can they find their way back together? Or will Will's venture into reality tv stardom destroy their relationship entirely?

I was hooked on this book from the beginning. It was like a train wreck where I simply couldn't look away and had to know the outcome. Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC.

Thank you so much for my review copy in exchange for an honest review.

I absolutely loved, Can't Take My Eyes Off You (I'll shorten to CTMEOY for ease in the rest of the review). Heart warming, funny, frustrating and insightful, CTMEOY is so cosy and everything you want it to be and more!

Berkley and William are childhood sweethearts and I love this exploration as to whether this can turn in to forever love. They're from different worlds (Berkley runs a bookshop and William is extremely wealthy with disapproving parents) but this only seems to make them fall in love even more.

People change over time and CTMEOY very cleverly explores have that can impact a relationship in a positive or negative way.

Every couple has disagreements, differences and in some cases secrets, but when William keeps some life changing news from Berkeley, we get to see if their love will survive.

Berkley is a fiesty, no nonsense protagonist and William, though flawed (aren't we all?), is sweet, attentive and besotted with Berkley.

I loved Aimee's style of writing, it was so easy to fall in to Berkley and William's world. The use of reality show style recaps was really clever too and a great way to update the reader.

Fabulous!

I’ve loved the previous Aimee Brown books I’ve read (still not totally sure if the matching covers are a series or not - the others all seem to have overlap in characters, but not this one)… This book was so very different than everything else I’ve read from her. I’m still trying to figure out my thoughts. I believe this is more a 3-star but I’m giving it 3.5, rounded up to 4 as my final rating. The ending definitely picked up (I had to put it aside and come back to it after reading others to lift my mental state).

This is listed as a RomCom - it most definitely is not. Brown even mentioned that somewhere in the notes that it had to be categorized and she realized it’s emotionally and topically heavy and not funny… there is so much drama and a whole lot of angst in this storyline and the couple (and side characters) really just go through so much. There is no humor. It is not at all light hearted.

If you’re looking for a change in pace, have a strong mental day and are good to go, then you can pick this one up - but be prepared! Will and Berkeley’s drama-filled story is riddled with an unsupportive family, substance abuse issues and pressures of reality tv and everything that encompasses (being involved in that world as a star). It’s a rough emotional ride.

I received an advance copy from NetGalley and Boldwood Books, and this is my honest opinion.

Aimee Brown has a way with words and she keeps her readers engaged. In this book, high school sweethearts Will and Berkeley deal with the aftermath of Will’s decision to star in a reality show.

This book touches on real life issues and family dynamics that though hard to understand exist today in the real world.

I enjoyed how real and relatable the plot is. The characters were stellar and delivered exactly what was expected of them.

I love the sequence and timelines outlined in the book. There was no fast forwarding of any scene. The reader was taken on the long journey of how these two found their way to each other.

I must confess that the last fifteen per cent of the book was the highlight for me. I love when people are paid back what they deserve.

I would have loved more details about how Will’s parents came to be in the position they found themselves in the end. I felt that was just sprung on the reader without any analysis.

If you love second chance romance, dual POV, reality tv then you will enjoy this.

I received an advanced copy and the review is mine and voluntary.

This read like a trashy reality TV show, the kind where you want to stop watching but you're glued to the train wreck till it ends. I wanted to DNF a couple of times, but I committed to sticking it out till the end.

Ironically, the main premise of it was Will, the MMC, joining a reality TV show "against his will" in order to have some financial independence for his future with his longtime girlfriend Berkley. She didn't like that for him, especially as he didn't tell her about it till the last minute.

What followed was a level of codependence that became so toxic, I wondered how it would be considered healthy. Will was a hot mess whilst Berkley was hard to root for with all the snark that she contained. The level of pettiness was also epic. Why date someone on and off for over a year just to piss off your ex yet you clearly still love them?

The resolution felt too rushed, but seeing as they were together for eight years before breaking up, you could say their history played a part in it. First time trying this author so I'm a bit reluctant to try her other books.

Thank you to Netgalley and Publisher for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Berkley and Will have been together since their teens. They have plans to move into together in the apartment above the bookstore she’s going to be managing now that she’s finished college but Will springs the news that he’s signed a two year contract to appear in a reality tv show with his brother and two other trust fund siblings. The limelight isn’t working for Berkley, and they try breaking up, which means things limp along for years.

Eeck. I enjoyed Aimee Brown’s three previous stories but don’t recall them having as strong a “romcom” vibe as Can't Take My Eyes Off You. I struggled to support the (what felt toxic) relationship between this pair. Will spends much of his time in the reality show drunk and disorderly, blaming his circumstances on his cold and uncaring family and his break up with Berkley, until he catches a wake up call and suddenly reforms. I did appreciate the dual POV and Berkley’s supportive friends.

For Will and Berkley, the it's always been you trope feels a little inadequate. We meet the high school sweethearts just as they're about to graduate college with their whole lives planned out. Little problem, Will hadn't yet told Berkley he had signed up for a reality TV show, PDX Royals. Cue 'we're on a break' and the emotional roller coaster for the both of them as his family doesn't approve and she's not interested in being in the show (though does make minimal appearances) and audiences start shipping them with other people. But either way, the FMC and MMC are drawn to each other, no matter how much of a dumpster fire their lives (his life) is turning out.

If you love the reality show set (real housewives, Kardashians) this books is totally for you! The TV show aspect made it a little too dramatic for me but when Will started getting his ish together and that grand gesture at the end. 🥰🫠🥰 it was too perfect!

Will and Berkeley are in love and have been together since high school. But Will comes from a rich family, who doesn't think she's good enough for him and are constantly trying to drive them apart. When Will agrees to do a reality show with his brother and keeps this information from Berkeley, his family reveals this secret to Berkeley, and they face their biggest challenge yet, which might also tear them apart.
A story full of emotion, with strong and interesting characters, it addresses difficult topics like alcoholism and family abuse, which brought a whole new depth to the story. There are plenty of moments that will pull at your heartstrings, but there are also moments that will put a smile on your face. The author did a good job of pulling me into the story and holding my interest till the end. The characters are well-developed and I enjoyed seeing their growth throughout the book. It was an enjoyable story of second chances and an everlasting love.
My thanks to Netgalley and Boldwood Books for providing a complimentary copy. This is my honest and voluntary review.

This romance story is the behind the scenes of the shit shows "Summer House" or "Jersey Shore" that we all Love! It really made me think of how happy those people really are and how hard it might be in this show or to quit when you signed a contract!

Will and Berkley are high school lovers that get's torn apart by Will's whole rich family. They make him join this show to boost their name in society. Will agrees to please his parents but it is so devastating to him once the show starts that it puts him into a deep deep depression that only Berkley can see. He finally takes a stand for himself and gets out of this depression and fights for the life he wants with Berkley.

This story starts off so strong that I almost peed my pants and my husband was so concerned for me! Unfortunately there was quite a few month gaps in the middle that made me loose interest and then when Will smartened up I was all for the ending of the story!

Thank you Aimee for this ARC!!

Aimee Brown - can’t Take My Eyes Off You.

This book is a fabulous read.
I loved it from page one.

Berkley and Will are such a likeable couple. I was completely invested in their story and believed in their love for each other.
Even when they made poor life choices, they still loved the other whole heartedly.

I loved Berkley’s straight talking. She doesn’t mince her words and just says it like it is. Some of the things she came out with were priceless.

Aimee Brown has written an engaging love story. It has many ups, downs, twists and turns along the way.
I was compelled to keep reading because I needed to know if these two gorgeous characters found their happily ever after.

#CantTakeMyEyesOffYou is a thoroughly enjoyable read. It’s heartbreaking but also heartwarming. It has humour and a love story that will make your tummy tingle.

A must read!
