Life in the swamp can't get any better for Liona and Beck. That's until Beck pops a big question that forces Liona to face some unfinished business. She heads back to LA but Beck isn't too far behind, this time looking less like an ogre thanks to some help from Winston the Wizard. Will magic be enough for Beck to get Liona to stay in his swamp forever? The bestselling ogre love story continues here… “Beck and Liona are back and spicier than ever (if that’s even possible)." - Goodreads Review Amazon Please note that in order for the characters and events of this book to make sense, you must read the first book, Get In My An Ogre Love Story.
G.M. FAIRY is a #1 best-selling, romance author who dabbles in Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and all things whimsical. She's best known for Get In My Swamp and Pounded by Produce. Her specialty is taking the stories we all know and love and ruining them in the best way possible.
there was just no need for me to do this to myself.
i don’t know what kind of therapy i need but it’s something bc this isn’t normal.
basically, beck and liona wanna get married. but her ex is like lol i’ll expose the entire fairytale community if u don’t come back and marry me. not bc i wanna be married to you but bc i wanna keep fucking my sister secretly and i need a wife to get my money.
ok. so liona goes to marry him. then somehow her, beck, and a wizard end up in a sex club and her and beck fuck on a throne.
this is really something i read with my own two eyes. and you know what? still better than icebreaker.
I hate that I chose to read this and want to read the third book. Please put me down. But fuck it, five stars. I think it was actually better than the first one?
In this sequel, Liona’s incestuous ex-fiancé blackmails her into marry him. If she doesn’t, he’ll leak the existence and location of the magical community. So obviously, she feels she has to and hides it from her weird ogre boyfriend. When he finds out, he takes a potion to temporarily turn himself into a human and makes the trip to rescue the damsel and get rid of Lawrence (again, what in the smutty shrek fanfiction?). Based on this, you’d think there would be at least an ounce of plot and development, but this was just the author’s excuse to write some more weird (and very public) porn. There’s only smut in this book. Of course, the ogre eventually gets what he wants and he and Liona get back to the swamp, get married and it turns out she’s pregnant (not sure how that even works but okay.) Didn’t like it any more than the first book, but it was slightly less weird this time around… and we can say what we want but at least it was entertaining?

I feel bad because I wanted to post sooner the review of the first book, Get In My Swamp, which I gave 3 stars. Sadly, life got in the way.
However, G.M.Fairy gave me an ARC of the sequel, and I liked the first book so much I couldn't resist starting this one asap.
In tandem with the Shrek movies, I've gotta say the second book was waay better than the first one. It's obvious that, in a few months, the writing and storytelling have matured.
The characters that were endearing got even more interesting and round in this one. The story got more action. The spice was already good, but I was blushing and my underwear was on fire with this one (the book is more centered in the spice than the plot, I must warn you). I wanted to read this one because of the protagonists even if I wasn't sure if it was going to be that good....
... but it completely surpassed my expectations and surprised me greatly with some themes 👀 it's a light and simple read but that's the magic of it: not too complicated, but still having all the fun stuff.
The epilogue hints a following book centered on a special character that honestly? I'm already eager to devour.
I've just gotta say thank you to G.M.Fairy for writing a book that I loved reading and made me forget about the exhausting days I've been having for a while. 4⭐️
Shrek is love.... shrek is life.
Beck and Liona are back and spicier than ever (if that’s even possible).
Liona and Beck are happy. They’ve really just been living their happy little lives in the swamp with no real hiccups. Until someone from Liona’s past comes back with a little blackmail. This sets off a chain of events that’s honestly more wild than I think even I was prepared for but I have no complaints. The smut was phenomenal, we even get a trip to a magical sex club as a fun little treat. Yes there’s still plot but seriously when I say spicier than ever I mean there’s easily double the smut in this installment.
Beck and Liona got the ending I wanted them to, with an added little bonus (I can’t tell you, I’m sorry). I am also really hoping that the ending is setting things up for Winston to get his own love story because even if he creeps me out sometimes I kinda love that cringy man.
hab beide Bücher geschenkt bekommen. let's just say my best friend has a weird sense of humor...😅
if I had to rate this book: fand den 1. Band weniger schlimm und etwas stringenter was die storyline anging...aber fühl mich allgemein sehr albern hierfür ne review zu schreiben
A titillating follow up to GM Fairy’s debut, Stay in My Swamp keeps readers stimulated from start to finish. My only issue is that I wish there was more. Beck and Liona’s story deserves to be universally known, praised, and like any voyeur at Happily Ever Endings adult club for magical beings would do, enjoyed from afar
G.M Fairy a réussi à nous faire rêver. La suite de cette histoire d'amour féerique nous remplit de magie du début à la fin, et finit même par donner au lecteur l'envie de visiter cette communauté magique et de s'y installer. JE RECOMMANDE.
