Meh.
On the plus side, using the techniques taught in this book, one doesn't have to draw or pencil sketch anything in first, then paint. But otherwise, the flowers and techniques are really basic. I mean, REALLY basic! Example: most flowers start off with a lighter wash of the general flower's color, then just keep adding depth with darker hues.
Not what I'm looking for, and there are better how-to books out there that I'll look into.
Glad I only borrowed this from the library instead of purchasing.
