Lutzer List six lies that are told to show that Jesus is not God. The using scripture, logic and just human reasoning Lutzer show that each of the lies is just that, a lie. Lutzer uses others arguments to show that Jesus is the Divine Son of God, the second person of the Trinity. One example is his refuting of Oprah by saying, "in making Jesus one among many, she is slandering Him-and misleading Millions."

Not relevant in 2023. Some of the issues he is responding to are no longer relevant in people’s minds. He also lacks a kindness when speaking about people who hold other views. His audience was definitely people who agree with him. Was it a relevant, worthwhile tool when it was written? Maybe, but not any more.

I hoped to pass on this book to someone with questions about Jesus. Instead, it ended up in my recycling bin.

Really good. Short chapters. Helpful topics tackling gnostic gospels, that Jesus was born of a virgin and was single.

A great discussion on who Christ really was. Whether you believe in Him or not, it's worth a look.
