This is such a lovely book about nurturing yourself in nature. I have always found being outside does wonders for the mind, this book will help you discover many things about yourself and the world around you. There are many activities through out this book to give inspiration and guidance on how to be more mindful and have more wellness in your life. It is a lovely well thought out book with pictures that are both eye catching but in a sense calming too. It would make a great gift for someone to help them.
This is a great book with ideas for different mini nature activities small and big. A few of them are obvious (hiking, going on a walk, bird watching) but most of them are not. I wouldn't have thought about making art with natural materials, collecting seashells, looking for crabs under rocks, etc. My favorite use of this book will be for activities that incorporate nature indoors during the winter. I will definitely keep it as a reference.
