A provocative tale of a club designed for wealthy sinners. It’s a story crafted for those of us who crave the villain.
I'd have chosen her above all else... if only I could go back. Even if it meant I never got to kiss her, to love her, to be consumed by the woman she is and the love she gave me. She deserves more than this... She deserves more than this dangerous life I lead.
She was never supposed to be involved. She was mine to lust after, to have in the darkest hours of the night, to love in secret even.
The only truth I know now is that it's all my fault and it's all too late. This can't be how our story ends.
She has no idea how much I love her and I could never live with myself if anything happens to her.
I'll burn the world down if that's what it takes. I'm never letting her go.
Only for Him is the dark romance collection of all three books for this couple and their happily ever after. It is the complete Shame on You Series which includes Tease Me Once, I'll Kiss You Twice and Then You're Mine.
Willow started writing after having her little girl, Evie, December 2015. All during her pregnancy with Evie she continued to read and she only wanted to read romance. She was reading a book a day — sometimes two.
In January 2016 Willow was staying up late with Evie and just thinking of all these stories. They came to her constantly so she finally sat down and just started writing. She always wanted to do it so she figured, why not? Today Willow cannot be happier for making that decision!

I don’t usually write reviews and I quite like this author. But this book was not it. He’s abusive, plain and simple. I LOVE dark romances. I love possessive characters and all of that. But this MMC was horrible. He calls himself a Dom, but he just uses the term to be a terrible guy. She’s the one who never done it before and she’s the one to bring a safe word to the conversation (just an example). He punishes her for anything, including setting her boundaries and limits. He doesn’t even care she was abused before, he actually says that “she thinks I won’t punish her because another man hit her?”, WHO THE F*CK reacts like that after hearing its partner was abused and is scared and triggered in that moment?
Don’t make me talk about the way he keeps her inside of the house, answers her mom’s messages pretending it’s her, doesn’t believe her words and thinks she rat his family to the feds but keeps having sex with her and pretending he believes her???? He’s awful. Not a psychopath, not a sociopath, not morally gray. JUST AN ASSHOLE.
The FMC doesn’t stand a chance against his abuse. I felt so sorry for her. It was like watching a friend getting involved with the guy everyone warned her about. Awful.
Only For Him is three books in one. This includes; Tense Me Once, I’ll Kiss You Twice and Then You’re Mine. These three books follow Declan and Braelynn on an epic journey of betrayal, love, forgiveness and so much more. Declan and Braelynn are my all time favorites. Not sure you can get better then these two.
Only For Him by Willow Winters was phenomenal. The connection, loyalty, betrayal, touch her and die vibe, it was amazing. I was completely captivated and couldn’t put this one down. These two could burn the world down.
This is a BDSM, dark erotic romance novel with an HEA. The suspense and mystery kept me engaged. I absolutely love these two. The way Declan humbled himself for Brae was beautiful and I’m awe-inspired. I adore the tender side Declan only has for Braelynn, she is his queen. Once he stopped listening to all the voices around him and listen to Braelynn, these two found there way. Declan made sure Brae got her justice. It was so deserved. I had a feeling who it was in the second book and I loved that I guess correctly. So many clues let to my suspicions. I’m just glad it got handled and in Cross Brother fashion, no less. I love the way this tortured my heart and then put me back together. I felt broken there for a minute. This is a must read! I felt every emotion reading this.
I love the Cross Brother’s. This was another amazing book by Willow Winters. She always hits the mark and makes me fall in love. I going to miss them but I’m hopeful we will see them again. 🩵
Wow. That was… wow. I knew Declan could become my favorite Cross brother, and he’s on his way, definitely.
Don’t get me wrong, he isn’t a good man. At all. He may even be the more ruthless in a the family, especially since his brothers got themselves a love life. Alone–lonely?–burdened with the feeling that he owes his brother because he’s the youngest and they took care of him for so long, aware that the whole organization depends on him since his brothers are occupied elsewhere, he has learned to hide his emotions. So well that they’re hidden from him too. What an interesting character.
Even more interesting when he sees Braelynn, whom he knew when they were kids, and wants her. Though he isn’t in touch with his feelings, he’s in touch with his needs. And that’s when he decides that he has to learn some empathy so his very special relationship with Braelynn doesn’t go south. I fell in love with the character right then.
What special relationship, you ask? Dominant and pet, with a side of spanking. She’s here to please him–but that doesn’t mean that there’s no reward for her. Though it seems almost non consensual, there are clear signs that Braelynn enters the relationship with her consent, though she doesn’t yet understand what it entails exactly. And there are moments when the power changes hands. I loved that.
Though there are hints of deeper feelings, it’s mostly lust and attraction. That makes for a very sexy book. Almost erotica. I won’t complain though, because the chemistry between them was amazing.
The bonus is the suspensful plot. There are undercover cops trying to trap the Cross brothers, and Declan has to uncover them. It was intriguing. With that, and a great cliffhanger, I can’t wait to read the next book!
*I'll kiss you twice
To say I was waiting for this book doesn’t express the level of impatience I was feeling. Declan and Braelynn were a hot couple in a difficult situation, and the cliffhanger of the previous book was huge.
I’m not saying I was disappointed. This book, and what is told in it, needed to happen. It was a bridge between the situation in the first book, and the obligatory happily ever after in the next one. So it’s a book of shifts–from Braelynn the sub to Braelynn the victim, from ruthless Declan to desperated Declan, from mostly erotica to a mystery.
First book was no walk in the park, and reciprocated feelings between Braelynn and Declan weren’t a given. But the sexual tension was intense. I’d say the color for book 1 was red: passion and danger. This book is black, for the mystery surrounding the leak of information, but also because it’s darker.
The dark doesn’t come from their relationship though. It’s more internal, more personal. While Braelynn is spiraling into anxiety, and some form of PTSD after a rather brutal session of torture, Declan is questionning himself, his family, his life, wishing everything was different. At the same time, I felt the hardship they were going through strengthened their bonds. For various reasons, including Braelynn’s health, there isn’t as much sexy times as in the previous book–at least on page. But Declan has more attentions toward Braelynn, and she more or less confesses her feelings.
But the circumstances surrounding those moments–betrayal, legal risks, murders–make them fragile and temporary. There’s a constant sense of impending doom. And the mystery isn’t resolved in any way! We know Braelynn didn’t betray Declan, so who did, and why pin it on Braelynn?
In the meantime, she’s stuck at the Cross mansion, and she meets with the whole gang. I loved watching her interact with Declan’s brothers and his wife, especially seeing how they treat her for the sake of Declan. The parallel was nice between Braelynn who’s basically alone, but had Scarlet and still has her mother, and Declan who feels alone too when surrounded by his family.
There wasn’t a lot of action here, but the I can’t wait for the last book.
*Then you're mine
After an intriguing series starter, and a slower book with at least some violence and a thrilling cliffhanger to compensate, I felt this last book didn’t offer much. Besides Declan, that is.
Ultimately, the situation in which we left Braelynn and Declan at the end of the previous book only brought some love confession. It may feel huge, but it basically changes nothing in their relationship, and only confuses Braelynn more.
Her hesitation and fears annoyed me a great deal. The author often writes such female characters, but I felt Braelynn was the perfect embodiment. As in I could barely stand her. At first, at least. She seemed to get a bit more agency by the end of the book, and I loved that. I guess she was mostly insecure and confused.
As for Declan, once he admits his feelings for Braelynn, there’s little he wouldn’t do for her, and it shows in his actions. What I enjoyed the most about him? He isn’t afraid to express his emotions–as far as it won’t make him look less like a ruthless boss. With his bothers, on the other hand, he lets go in the most spectacular fashion. I have a soft spot for a strong man crying.
The author concludes the betrayal arc, but I felt it was rushed. The clues and revelations appear almost suddenly, and the Cross brothers don’t need to think much before they plan their retribution. It was somewhat anticlimactic.
There was a little something I liked a lot though. We know the Cross brothers are really protective of each other. What we also see a lot in this universe, it’s their women sticking together. What I discovered with Braelynn and Declan, it’s Cross men being protective of their brother’s woman. Especially Carter, who’s often shown as emotionless. Swoon worthy.
I’m not exactly disappointed, mostly because Declan was a great character, but I feel like it could have been better.

𝙏𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙢𝙚 𝙊𝙣𝙘𝙚 #1
𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝕊𝕖𝕕𝕦𝕔𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℂ𝕠𝕝𝕠𝕣 ℝ𝕖𝕕 ♨️
We are taken into the unknown yet seductive world of Declan and his wicked desires that are twisted yet scorching hot.
All Braeylnn was looking for is a steady income and the new job of a waitress at a nightclub might seem strange and suspicious but she can't deny how much in need she is for a job.
But her first day itself throws a twister in her path when she clashes and stares into the stormy eyes of Declan Cross who is a boy from her past that she knew but now is her new boss.
Declan has an air of mystery around him right from the start. Even though we get to know he comes from a troubled past and is more than just a bad boy, yet that man just commands respect and makes you feel his power with just a single glance.
Braeylnn finds herself seduced by the very enigmatic and 𝖲𝖤𝖷𝖸 Mr. Cross himself and he introduces her to a world that's pleasure and pain packaged together, teasing her and pulling her towards him every time.
There is mild exhibitionism, I would say mild because as compared to other books, this one was a lot more flexible as in Declan does try to understand Braeylnn and doesn't just make her do things. (although he does that too time again😈)
There are also secrets and something that's going on in the background that raises many questions and also as to whom to believe and who's actually responsible.
But that ending, I felt like twisters were thrown from left field and I didn't even know how to process what the heck was just revealed and BAM! we are at the end.
My goodness.. I so can't wait to dive into book 2. Onto the next one.. 💖💖
𝙄'𝙡𝙡 𝙆𝙞𝙨𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙏𝙬𝙞𝙘𝙚 #2
After that downright scary ending in book 1, I was so scared for Braeylnn as I didn't know how Declan was going to react or what he was going to do.
But Declan. That man continues to confuse and shock me in the same breath. He definitely does not act the way you expect or think like he would.
Declan realises soon that his passion for Braeylnn surpasses any other thing be it betrayals or searching for the truth or even going against his own family.
I really found it so intense and yet sweet the way he just can't let go of Braeylnn but at the same time his intensity is kinda scary for how intimidating he is.
This one was another wild Rollercoaster and getting to see feelings and emotions get deeper and yet having the fear of what will be found once the truth is out.
Once again the build up towards the end was so crazy and packed with so much of action that the pages were not turning fast enough for me.
And that ending. Oh my... Yep.. Can't wait to dive straight into our finale. 💖💖
The anticipated finale to this series is finally here and it was filled with twists galore that has me shocked and not knowing what was coming my way.
After that terrifying and confusion filled ending in book 2, I was so scared for Braeylnn especially not knowing what would happen and the chaos that seemed liked the beginning of the end.
But somehow Declan Cross been the commanding and dangerous man he is, unafraid no matter what situation might be somehow manages to get them out but for the first time he feels a fear unlike anything and realises how much more important Braeylnn has become to him.
This one keeps on taking up through Twists and you'll keep guessing one minute and shocked the next with how fast the situation changes from one sweet moment to next Chase and run with no leads.
Although, the most baffling mystery remained being who is the actual rat hiding right among them and pretending to be on their side. Declan and his brothers really struggle to pin the person as all clues seems like a deadend and the search leaves more questions than answers.
Also, we finally see Braeylnn embracing healing and dealing with the complexity surrounding her complicated relationship with Declan and it is much needed as Braeylnn has so many wounds that she did not deserve and somehow even though Declan stood for her yet was responsible for those same wounds in the first place.
The chemistry though is undeniably hot and on fire and I loved how Declan always stands by Braeylnn. The reveals and twists were freaking good as I didn't see those coming. ❤️❤️
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and options are my own.
And she’s done it again!
Wow. Just wow. Another great book.
Declan and Braelynn have such amazing chemistry. These two are just fantastic. It’s crazy to me how well they fit together. Braelynn is such an easy character to understand and identify with. Her backstory is heartbreaking and really emotional. You really feel for her throughout the entire book, especially the ending. And Declan, the youngest of the Cross brothers, has the entire world on his shoulders. Declan Cross is my second favorite Cross brother. He’s a close second to Carter, a very close second. He’s dark and mysterious and has so many layers. I can’t wait to see how their relationship blooms into book two. I want to know all the things and I want to know them now! This book truly captivated me. If you think by any means you’re ready for what this book is going to do with you, you’re actually not. I mean I am shook to the core. I cannot wait to see where things go in book two. Holy hot damn 🥵🥵 I love the Cross family 😭😭 This book was very steamy, dark, had me on the edge of my seat. And that ending?! Are you freaking kidding me? My expectations for this book have totally been exceeded and again I just can’t wait to see where Willow takes us in book two!
MUST READ!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I'll Kiss You Twice by W. Winters
I received an eARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
Can I have three right now, please? Yet another fantastic read from W. Winters. She honestly never lets me down, especially with these Cross brothers. Declan and Braelynn are seriously one for the books. Their relationship is quite addictive and I simply can’t get enough of them. For me to think that book one was really emotional is a big old joke compared to this book. I mean, I seriously was gripping my Kindle with white knuckles, my heart felt like it was beating outside of my chest and I was pretty close to tears at a few moments. I seriously cannot wait for the third and final book in this series. The ending was an absolute killer and kind of cruel 😅😭
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Then You're Mine by W. Winters
I received an eARC in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
What a wonderful way to end this series! I seriously couldn’t be happier. I really enjoyed how everything wrapped up. I loved seeing Braelynn and Declan get their HEA, considering all they’ve been through. This is a book that can easily be read in one sitting it pulls you in pretty quickly and it left me wanting more anytime I had to put the book down. Overall, I loved this series as a whole it was intriguing, spicy, filled with mystery and lots of suspense. This last one kinda fell a little short for me, it didn’t pack as big of a punch as the first two did. But I really liked this book. It wrapped up everything so nicely. The Merciless world will always and forever be one of my favorites.

Book 1 - 4.5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s hot from the very beginning. Declan and Braelynn knew each other before, when they were younger and they meet again. Declan like his brothers is dark, mysterious, controlling, on top with his work. Braelynn’s showing back set something between them. Desire, closeness, the need for another person, and to have & receive power. There is also a dark cloud over Declan’s family and business. As for Braelynn being innocent, Declan is back to his old self…..more to comes in book #2.
Book 2 - 4/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The continuation of Declan and Braelynn’s story and let me tell you something - I’m left hanging to know what is going to happen next. Declan and Braelynn are in this bubble with right and wrong, trust or not to trust each other or others. There is so many questions that still need to be answered.
Book 3 - 3⭐️ It was ok. First 2 books were better, this one a little over the place.
The first half of this book was alright, but after that the characters just whiny and annoying to the point where I was practically begging for the book to be over.
I think book two had me feeling a little rocky, it wasnt a bad read. Though I feel like I have just had better. I didnt get that "ouu ahh" moment through out the book.. it was more of a numb read, get it over with.
4.5 ⭐ For all the first book in this series, if someone told me I would love it that much by the end I wouldn't believe them😭😭 But I really really loved it 🫠🫠
Book 1- This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it did NOT disappoint! The spicy is perfect and the storyline is even better! I cannot wait to read book 2 after that cliffhanger! I will definitely be reading more books by her!!!
Book 2- This was even better than book 1. I read this straight through without stopping because I couldn’t put it down. I need book 3 asap because these cliffhangers are brutal!!! 😩
Book 3- I loved this series so freaking much! This was my favorite out of the 3 and I finished it in one sitting because I couldn’t put it down! The spice is great and the story line is even better. It’s suspenseful and unexpectedly sweet! Very emotional. I can’t wait to read more books by her 🥰
This book got me into this genre. Really really good. Read them in order as there multiple parts. Declan is a dreamy hot man, who so sexy and dommy. I was left speechless with his dominance. Read it now! 🥵🥵🥵
This is ridiculously long, every 3 chapters can be shortened to one as they were all the same Spoilers ahead
-Boring plot, 2 demensional characters -Dumb mmc who thinks he's so dominant but is actually a fucking lettuce leaf , fmc who only knows how to cry and whine -And he calls her pet
Don’t get me wrong. It has a good storyline, but I expected there to be more after the anticipation of the build up , I was disappointed with the ending
I don’t think I have ever come across a FMC who was so weak, pathetic, spineless and lacking in self worth. It grated me the amount of times she said “I’m sorry “ and “I don’t know “. Sadly also the amount of times “I love you “ was thrown about… In addition, if a man constantly calls me “my naive girl”, then it’s bye bye. Too many grammatical errors. Two positives: the MMC and the plot. It was honestly a struggle to complete this book. It is a hard DNR for me.

Only For Him Kindle Unlimited: No Stand-alone: Yes** Author: Willow Winters Rating: 4/5 ⭐️ Spiciness Rating: 4/5 🌶 POV: First Person Dual Perspective Main Couple: Declan and Braelynn Trope(s): Protector, Dark Mafia Suspense, Forced Proximity, Workplace, BDSM
Only For Him combines the Shame On You Series into one book. This book can be read independently from the other Cross Brother’s books, but I highly recommend getting to know these dominant men. W. Winters dark romance have this feel to them, an aura, that seeps off the pages and slowly, methodically draws you in until you are so deep you are bound to the book and series. I was held captive by the suspense of Declan and Braelynn’s story, but I had a hard time connecting with Braelynn past the first book. And, although I did enjoy the storyline and finally reading Declan’s book, Braelynn just was not my cup o’ tea and I am not sure if the mystery behind their story had me on edge with her or if the storyline in the second book just didn’t hit right with me, but I did trudge my way through it. Which has never happened with a W. Winter’s book before.
In Tease Me Once I was not even sure which way was up. Declan Cross runs his contribution to his family’s wealth, The Club, an exclusive gentlemen's club. Now that his brothers have settled down with wives and children he has taken on more of the business burdens. Braelynn at 25 is living on her own for the first time after a nasty breakup from an ex who just won’t stop. Her friend Scarlet has helped set her up with a new job as a cocktail waitress. And, on her first day the boss calls her to his office and she comes face to face with her past. Declan has a leak in his club. An undercover agent ready to spill the secrets of the club. Everyone is a suspect. You know what they say about holding your enemies close…. With the knowledge that the Cross brothers are involved in the Club which means illegal happenings take place, Braelynn is unsure if she has a future there. When Declan offers her the position of being his personal secretary and fuck toy- Braelynn is intrigued. The more Declan introduces her to his hedonistic lifestyle, dominates her body, the farther she falls. But, hard truths come to light that could alter their reality. In I’ll Kiss You Twice all hell is breaking loose Declan and Braelynn’s world. There is a rat amongst them. All signs point to Braelynn, but Declan is determined to save his woman. Braelynn’s mind, body, and soul are on the brink of breaking and Declan is the glue holding her together. In Then Your’re Mine the Cross Brother’s remind those who need it just who they are. Braelynn begins to embrace and come to terms with what it means to be a part of this family. And, they in turn show her what family means to them.
HOLY WOW I LOVED THIS. My favorite part about this was the fact that even though Declan is the usual morally gray character he had his very sweet moments with Braelynn.
I cant think of anything else to say rn I just need to go read the second part now😩
♡ I'LL KISS YOU TWICE
I NEED BOOK 3 NOW
I am a mess rn this book put me through such a rollercoaster omg. Declan thinks she betrayed him but his love for her is willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.
This book was filled with emotion, heat, secrets, and betrayals from start. It had me hooked I couldn't stop reading.
You can feel the love between them. There chemistry was intense and I just hope for next book they get there happily ever after.
I'll recommend this book to anyone ngl it was really good
♡ THEN YOU'RE MINE
I've been waiting for this book and I'm so happy with the way it ended. These two have gone through so much they deserved their happy ending.
This one focuses more on revealing all the secrets and lies. It does start off right where the second one ended so it was very easy to follow along. One thing Declan made sure to do was reassure Braelynn of his love for her. With all the ups and down that they went through im kind of glad there wasn't any unnecessary break up or fights. We got to see Declan be a little bit softer and more loving towards her.
It was a great ending to their story. Just would have liked to get a little more of how their life is now in the Epilogue.
Mmmmm that was kinda weird Not as in the book or characters but the change in the events
First of all the intimacy and their dynamics which makes a huge part of the book i tought it was just flat with no background or any build up
The flow of this book events they were rocky smth that bothers me alot how did they not take about scarlet like its ur friend !
Also when declan got her out of the interrogation and she kept wanting him and apologizing like girl he tortured u! But then she was so missed up and freaked out that she kept comming back and trying to make him believe her out of fear which did make sense about how the trauma affected her but THEN she went to the police station and realized the cops were fake and she did feel betrayed but she didn’t even do a thingg??!! Like no no no
Andd at the beginning the story was being built on how she was in an abusive relationship and how she’s gonna navigate it in her new special relationship but boom her ex is already killed and declan didn’t even know he was contacting her and was to the point of stalking her Like what was the point really to any of it?
A young woman who has recently escaped a DV relationship finds herself working at sex club as a waitress to get back on her feet. She is recognized by the club's owner, a man she knew in her childhood, and it's pretty much instant infatuation with each other. There's no tension or buildup, just immediate sex.
He's dark, handsome, brooding, neurotic, whiny, and exceptionally cruel to her, and she's sort of just there. She's so traumatized by everything this man-baby did to her that any semblance of rational thought just dies and throws itself out a window. There's not much, if any, substance to the relationship beyond sex, and their dialogue consists of many words, but not much is really said.
All of this is overlooked because he is good looking and "protective"- although I would debate this on the grounds that he literally signs off on her being physically tortured (he thought she was feeding info to the feds after about 2 days of working there with no prior contact for years- so naturally the next step is torture). The MMC then feels bad for torturing his FWB.
I hated his "pet names", if you can call it that.
I was warned by multiple people to not take dark romance book recommendations seriously from TikTok. I will heed that warning from now on. I hated this book.

Whoever recommended this book on booktok, I hope both sides of your pillow are never cold.
This book is a train wreck. I kept reading with the hopes of it getting better, but by the time I wanted to DNF I was already past half of the book so I had to force myself to finish it. Wish I could erase it from my memory and from existence.
I didn’t think I could possibly love Carter and Aria more even though the story isn’t theirs. The book is Mafia and Danger rolled into one and spoiler the Cross brothers finally get a Mother Figure. Love love love this story!
Declan and Braelyn burn so hot! There was so much tension and heartbreak. I loved that it wasn’t a fluffy happy love. There was so much betrayal and damage done to each other but also so much obsession and love.
I would love a female main character that isn’t so damn pathetic. Give a little fight, a little chase, something! Don’t make it so easy. If Declan wasn’t in the Mafia, he would be considered a creep and a pervert and not right in the head.
