However, I believe it's time to infuse this word with a powerful and positive connotation. From now on, we will use "NEGROW" as a symbol of growth, resilience, and the limitless potential that resides within each of us.

This book was right on time for me. As someone who was recently at a place in my life of feeling stagnant. I decided to make a change. I was having feelings that although I was making changes they weren’t moving me forward like I planned. This book helped me to see I am moving on the right path and encouraged me to keep focused and stay consistent. I am excited about what is to come! i recommend this book for anyone who is going through a transformation in their lives or even just feeling stuck and looking for some encouragement to get moving!
