This book was extremely triggering and seems to be designed specifically for married couples who want to stay together. It will not help you if you want to leave and felt like it was trying to brainwash me into staying and accepting betrayal.

Excellent resource for couples therapy after an affair has been identified. I'm still reading the clinician's guide, which also seems very comprehensive.
