This is a great introduction to the world of gut health, and for many people, this is enough information to make a sustainable change to your gut health and life. Olson has provided an easy to read guide on improving your life through your gut. She has outlined how to do this in a clear and easy to follow guide, and her approach is manageable. You can find everything she suggests at your local shopping centre or farmers market, and her advice on relieving stress and improving sleep can be complimented with free online resources (yoga or relaxation guides, ect). Her book provides you with an affordable and achievable way of healing yourself. As someone with PCOS, understanding the importance of gut health was the beginning of feeling healthy for the first time in my life. I wish this book had been out when I first got my diagnosis. It would have saved me years of illness and health complaints.
I found this book to be extremely informative. There was a lot of medical speak but it wasn't hard to understand. Very straightforward advice. Would recommend!

Olson has put together a wonderful book on gut health that is backed up with research. I found it easy to read and understand. In addition, there are strategies given to improve your nutrition which will help you achieve good gut health. I am volunteering to leave a review for an ARC of this book.
