Remus is a PhD student and hobbyist baker who finds himself adrift following his father’s death. On a whim, he enters the Great British Bake Off and is swept up in a flurry of curdled custard, shrunken souffle, and under-proved dough. Remus expects to be challenged and to embarrass himself on public television. What he doesn’t account for are the friendships he develops with the other contestants and the deep connection he forms with his teenage crush, Sirius Black: charming ex-boy band member and Bake Off host.

This was, in all honesty, one of the most beautiful fics I've ever read.

Little to no angst, absolutely the sweetest thing in the world. From their first interaction, I felt like they KNEW each other already, from another lifetime, from another universe, but from the start the way they were so gentle and lovely with each other GOD.

Basically, just wholesomeness and sweetness and them falling in love with each other in such a natural way that they didn't even realize it at first. Soulmates meant for each other in every life, in every universe. It had me sobbing for how SWEET AND ADORABLE it was. I loved every single second of it.

Wow, this was really different and new from all the other fanfics I've read before. Very interesting. Baker remus is actually a really, really nice change, and it was perfectly implemented. The whole Idea with the bake of was so great and nicely written. AND OMG REMUS DESASTER LUPIN, LOVE IT. also really like the idea of the little tweets infront of the chapters, that was very cute. All in all an amazingly written piece that was a lot of fun to read

I rate this a 3.75 maybe 4 stars I enjoyed this story ass well as all of the characters pretty much, I liked the overall build up of the story and seeing them get to know each other and spend time together I wish we could see then a few months or years down the line but besides that I enjoyed it and am glad I read it
