Wow!
This story gave a new definition for obsessive. However, if both people enjoy it, want it, who’s to say it’s wrong. Her close friends did, and if he wasn’t so over the top, she would have lost what she desired. After all, the dynamics of their obsession in their relationship is what they both love. Loved the over the top epilogue!

I have so so so many questions. This one was a little too over the top.
It wasn't bad but it wasn't that great.
Ophelia gets encouragement from her friend Cassie to step out of her comfort zone and join a gym when she's gifted a gym membership for her birthday. There she meets Ty, one of the personal trainers there and he offers to give her one-on-one coaching sessions. They flirt a little until their daily sessions turn into something more. Ty is very intense and it was very endearing that he noticed she was very shy and inexperienced around new environments and worked hard to put her at ease while working out and in the social environment of the gym.
Eventually they get together but one of my main questions is, when they first have sex in the gym are they just out on the middle of the floor on the main floor just fucking??? The way it was described, there were definitely people around with the sound of weights being put down and when Ty places her on the machine, it's clear the sex is definitely not private and more exposed.
The class and I would like to know what gym allows their staff to offer that service cuz 😳 And then again when they get back together the 3rd time it says he leads her to a private corner to have sex, meaning THEY'RE NOT IN A PRIVATE ROOM?? THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE AROUND WORKING OUT WHILE YOU'RE JUST BALLS DEEP CUZ THAT'S TRAUMATIZING FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED. I'M CONFUSION.
But the forced breeding thing that Ty tried to pull in order to keep Ophelia with him without her consent after only knowing her for a few weeks was SUCH A SCUMBAG THING TO DO. I am glad he apologized but it was definitely in poor taste to try to get her pregnant when she explicitly said "
No."
Anyway it was a very interesting and quite absurd OTT read but entertaining nonetheless and I had a good laugh.

*Usually I don't recommend Emma Bray stalker stories because of Stalking Sophie, Hockey player's Obsession, Baseball Player's Obsession etc because of the manwhore elements were so bad and the hero so unbelievable in his commitment like how can you be obsessed with the heroine if you've stuck your dick into so many women?
But this one wasn't too terrible. Bray is still pretty inconsistent with her characterization style of her heroes so still need to screen her works a little more esp after Stalking Sophie that one had the heroine running into a different woman the hero fucked every time she went out which was just ICK. 👎🏽

way too creepy
Okay, I like a good obsessive over the top alpha story but this just crossed so many lines. I couldn’t even finish it because it made me uncomfortable. He was straight up stalker and riding a fine line to abusive (mental) in the way he approached her and talked to her. Just not okay. And there were so many inconsistencies, one scene she drove to the gym but then walked home and they were in the middle of the gym with people around but having sex? Didn’t make sense. Just a flat out no for me. Sorry.

i didn’t like this as much as the others and i think it’s because she was trying to fight the stalking so much. call me crazy but i like when the FMC is okay with the bullshit.

Another good obsessed hero series by Emma Bray, but this is more stalker-ish than obsessed.
Ophelia has always played it relatively safe and comfortable all her life. But armed with advice from a friend to live her life and bring about small changes, has her pushing herself to work out and feel good about herself.
"Just remember. Life is too short not to explore every opportunity for happiness and growth. Think of the incredible experiences we could have together if we pushed ourselves beyond our limits."
Ty takes one look at the unsure, ‘out-of-her-comfort-zone,’ Ophelia and get obsessed and instantly falls in love with her, and thus starts the slow, steady, burning hot seduction while working out, and every move, every moment, every exercise is hot, steaming Ty’s obsession and desire even more so.
Thus starts the inevitable stalking, romance, his insane jealousy, his blasting boundaries and lines, her fear, insecurities and then final submission and love. Some of the things he did are a little creepy and cringy, but overall, it’s an okay read. There is a story, some emotion, and a little angst. It’s not just full smut which makes it better, honestly.
