A book which seeks to link the occult group operating in Clapham Woods into the wider Black Magic /Satanic background.

A book I often re-read it is so interesting.

An interesting book. The chapter regarding Clapham, or should I say the area known as the Chestnuts/harehams or simply the common is based on actual truths that happened thought the late 1960's and lasted until around 1984.
There is evidence of a black magic/satanic group operating in the Clapham (West Sussex) common area. Although it is unknown if the group was ever called the Friends of Hecate there is evidence still in the area and also links to other groups who were known in the area.
It is thought the group disbanded shortly before the The Demonic Connection was published and certainly once they were exposed by CW. It is my belief based on evidence and interviews that this "occult" group were real and dangerous, far from professional and quite amateur but dangerous.
The Demonic Connection is a good read and one I have returned to over the years as a point of reference to the Clapham satanic group.
