This is book 2 of the series and Wow! The intensity of the drama and mystery. Tessa finds trouble again on a hike. She sees something she’s not supposed too. Victoria makes an appearance and we learn she’s not really who we think she is. Which man will get Tessa’s heart? Jack, Beau or Carter. I’m voting for Jack. The emotional ride is amazing. I could feel this story to my soul. The big question…who’s the donor? We got a new clue….guilt. Time to move on to the next book.

Boy trouble does find Tessa
Tessa is trying to come to terms of what had happened to Patty, her apartment burning, and everything else. So she decides she needs to go for a hike and decompress. What she doesn't expect is to meet up with a crazy man who attacks her. Thankfully Cash, Beau's guard dog comes to her rescue. After a couple of days on the mountain, injured and unable to hike out, Beau rescues her. Now Tessa is scarred that this maniac will find her and now she is trying to figure out who is leaving threatening messages for her. Beau, Jack, the Sheriff, and Carter are all trying to protect her in different ways. Can they protect her or will one of these people finally get her? Also, who is her mysterious donor, who always seems to come thru when she needs it most,

it’s actually a 5 ⭐️ but…
Like I said. This is a 5 star read. It’s just the last part irritated me with the FMC.
This is such a cute series. I can’t wait to start the next one. The character and plot building is great with a little mystery. Although it is built on a tragedy. The author expertly explains it with gentle care.
However it’s a little irritating the FMC makes immature decisions at the end.

Good story
This is a good series..Tessa always finds trouble but always gets out if it. Love all the characters in this series. I did however, find a mistake in the story. Pam was the one in the church but then later in the story she was joanna..that was a bit confusing

Pretty good story, very repetitive at times.
I continue to be amazed at how many books of all kinds have errors in them. This series had so many grammatical errors that I started highlighting them.

Good reading
I am enjoying this series except for all the men fawning over Tessa. It’s too much. If they had their way she would be an invalid. Hoping in the last book she makes a stronger stance.

Wow
I just love this author, she keeps you guessing at every turn of the page, from the first to the last. I really hope Tessa gets her happy ever after.
