Take a chaotic ride with Isabella and Vincenzo as they learn to navigate through the darkness that seems to constantly loom over them. Will they conquer or die? FIND OUT NOW IN THE SECOND PART TO THE MAFIA KING SERIES.
End him already. She's supposed to be this awesomeness of a assassin and she still hasn't ended him. Man... This book needs massive editing as well. If anything, for just stating to write while working elsewhere. Maybe take a editing class or find a way to learn more about the process for your books at least. Alot of people can overlook some grammer but not everything else. Story is still ok though, considering every other thing.
Nah forcing a third book out of this is crazy. Doesn’t even make sense to keep on repeating the same plot over and over again. If Vincenzo and Bella are so powerful, how does the weak Xavier keep on playing them like s as fiddle and escaping EVERY TIME. Definitely not waiting around for the third book.
isabella and vincenzo will forever hold a special place in my heart ❤️
the way i cried throughout this whole book should’ve been illegal. i never felt heartbreak like that but i would do it all over again. reading this one physically just brought back so many memories. there were some scenes where i completely forgot happened and when it finally clicked … i. was. floored.
i’ll never stop recommending this series. it’s one that i relate to so, so much. i love isabella with my whole heart. to relive her story again just made me want to keep reading more. this one took my soul and never gave it back. the plot twist … please. i’m still shook and can’t believe i forgot that.
i would literally do anything to live in this book world forever. that cliffhanger had me biting my nails because what. the. fuck.
Omg after reading the first book I jumped right on to this one and read it as fast as I could. I love that Isabella named her baby Dante 😫. But it infuriated me on how adamant Vincenzo fought back the memories of Isabella. Like this fool was avoiding remembering her all because he thought she was making him weak when it was obvious it was the opposite. Because both Vincenzo & Isabella together were great whether it be emotionally and fighting off their enemies. They both contribute to the mafia. OMG! I love that she took over his mafia while being in a coma and when he woke up all his men refer to him and her as their boss. I really liked that his men listen more to her often times only because they are so afraid of what she is capable and honestly as they should.

I only read this because the first book ended with a cliffhanger and I wanted to know how the plot continues and I did read this in one day which is something that I love about books. However the same things that I criticized about the first book also apply to this one. Only thing to add is that I realized that I genuinely don’t like almost all of the characters and their actions. The second book was definitely better than the first one but just still not really good.
Ugh. I really enjoyed the first book in this series (there’s also a third book implied at the end of two). This book had more holes than Swiss cheese and was just poorly done. Which is a disappointment. I loved the characters and I loved the story line. But there were some glaring inconsistencies. I MAY try the third one if I catch it. But I’d have to be assured that it wasn’t as poorly done as this one.
I really liked this storyline and characters. However, it is a bit dragged out, and some of the storylines a bit much. It really didn’t need three books. And this book was a lot worse than the first book with regard to grammatical errors, I struggled to read it at some points. Ended up skimming from halfway through.
There is zero proofreading that went into this book. The book is dragged out with unnecessary information. It has a ton of grammatical and spelling errors. The writing has past and present tense verbiage used in the same sentences. It’s a mess. The storyline itself isn’t necessarily bad, but the writing is.
even those I’m a stickler for grammatical errors this series made me over look them. It is just that good. WHEN IS BOOK 3 COMING OUT!!!!! I NEED IT! Lorenzo is just amazing and I love him! Vincenzo and Isabella are amazing I love the dragon! But seriously when can I buy book 3?
I enjoyed the story line but it left off on a cliffhanger which always bugged me . However the grammar and spelling along with keeping track of who is talking was horrid. I’m not sure if it was even proofread to be honest and towards the middle and end it just seemed to get worse.
Definitely better then book 1. I honestly don’t get why this book couldn’t be the ending for their story since they have been through enough. I’m hoping a release date is out for book three. Overall story is good but with the amount of twists it throws you off.
I'm done. What the hell. There are so many plot twists I can't keep up. The writing of the whole book is making me cringe inside like the authors writing style needs a lotttt more working to do.
Wonderful book but the amount of spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors took me out of the story quite a few times. I love the story line and the way everything is written.
What a fantastic book. This young author has an amazing job pulling her readers in and we definitely want more!! Looking forward to the next installment!!
After I read the first book, I couldn't wait to get into the second, and now I can't wait to get into the third when it comes out. These books are my Roman Empire
so much is being revealed. the grammar, spelling, and misinformation is still making it tough to understand and enjoy. i do love the plot though and want to know what happens next.
Love isabella and vincenzo but another book? xavier not being caught over and over and over? Im boreddd. Book 3 better give me the biggest plot twist of plot twists to get me reading it
Okay, confession time: I may or may not have only picked up this book because the first one left me hanging on the edge of a cliff (literally). But hey, I'm not ashamed to admit that I devoured this sequel in just one day! That's the magic of books, am I right? 📚🤩 But let's talk about the elephant in the room...or should I say, the cliffhanger in the book? 🤔 Yes, the plot thickens and the suspense builds, but I can't help but feel like this story could have wrapped up in just two books.
I read this book directly after the first once, hoping the grammar would be better. I was highly disappointed. The story line did make more sense than the first, but this was still painful. Again, this could’ve easily been fixed with just one proofreader. I really hope the author takes the time proofreading her next book.
Its worst than the first how could we go from bad to WORST to the point the sentences aren’t making sense anymore I can’t do this.
I bought this book since the first one ends in a cliff hanger and was very curious where we will be going from here. It’s just bad bad oh my god For free I’ll spell check and grammar check your book please I beg you just read after you write. 🙏
So sad that it was left on a cliff hanger and the third book isn’t out yet which I didn’t realise. Loved seeing the characters grow and loved the tension and spice. Am definitely going to be reading the first and this book again once book 3 comes out. Spice rate: 5/5 🌶️ Overall rate: 5/5 ⭐️
