I read this book in an hour and I can describe it in one word.Pointless. The story goes on like this. Their school holds a model-for-a-day contest for the Teen Magazine. Ashley and her best-friend are sure they will win but when the results come out,it's Mary-Kate who won.And Ashley is all
Jealous. Mary-Kate won because she acted natural and Ashley didn't. You know what? I think Mary-Kate deserved it. Actually, she wanted to win to catch a boy's attention. He had asked Mary-Kate to the dance but also told her that he only knows swing-dance.And then, Ashley makes this deal with Mary-Kate. Ashley agrees to teach Mary-Kate swing-dance if she can pretend to be Mary-Kate during the photo-shoot.And guess what? Ashley doesn't know swing dance. She lied! So Carrie teaches Mary-Kate how to swing dance. Then, she goes to the dance and yes, there's another surprise in store. Mary-Kate's boyfriend do not know how to dance! Oh ...My ...I seriously wanted to shout,"LAME!". And I'm sure you do too. But, wait! At the end both of them poses for the photo-shoot ! I was like,"that's it?". And congrats, this book has become double-lame. So after I read this book, I was like-
This book is about two girls name Ashley an Mary Kate. There mom died when they were only eight years old. When Ashley found out that Mary Kate had a crush on a boy and he said that he only swing dances she made a deal with Ashley that she would let her do the fashion shoot if she taught her how to swing dance. I like this book because it can be funny or sad it is mostly funny and it a Book series so the laughter just keeps going🙂🙂🙂🙂
A short, light read. Mary-Kate wins a modelling competition that Ashley really wanted. Ashley tries to convince Mary-Kate to swap places with her by promising to teach her to swing dance so she can dance with a boy she likes.
Loved this one. Was really happy that Mary Kate got the boy and then Mary Kate wanting to be a model in the end and how they both got to have a go. Amazing to think that they both in normal life are in the fashion industry.
I liked how this one was very “Just because I like that, doesn’t mean I can’t also like this”. It’s very “Like what you like and don’t be afraid to step out of the box everyone’s shoved you into”.
