This is an excellent recipe book for anyone who is interested in spanish cookery. I give this book 5 stars.

The Paella I make from this book is amazing. I do use a mix of seafood/fish stock and some chicken stock instead of just chicken stock.

I've also made other recipes from this book as well.

I really like these little Step-by-Step books, so easy to follow. With pictures that show the stages as well.
