Is willingness ever enough?

Minhyun finds himself wrestling with the thought for years before an unsuspecting subway ride forces an answer out of him. Trapped with seven strangers, Minhyun and the other passengers are locked in individual coaches respectively where they need to enter a specific passcode to cross to the next coach.

Haunted by his spectres as a leader, Minhyun is reluctant to take up the mantle once again. Having his intentions and integrity questioned in their race against time is something he'd expected. And it wouldn't have mattered, except the person on the last coach is his brother, Dane.

Will everyone live to see the finish line or is death waiting at their final destination?

Psychology is in need! Gosh, the book theme is dark yet you can't help but connect to the characters. Reading it makes me subconsciously got attached to the characters and can't help but want more on how their journey will go. Keep up the good work and make sure to also take breaks on self care, author. Waiting on the sequel!

This book was quite interesting. It felt like watching a Korean reality game show gone wrong as there were so many twists and turns throughout the plot. There were many characters who were the main characters so it was a little confusing to keep up with all of them but eventually I got familiar with them. There were some things the writer could improve on with the story telling but overall it was a good read and I’m curious about the potential sequel.

Loved the book! The writer has an interesting storytelling approach with impressive character builds. The mystery unfolds as you read and different pieces of the puzzle slowly come together. Reminds me a little of Alice in the Borderland, highly recommended for those who loved the series. Looking forward to the next instalment.
