Enjoyable, no doubt. The only suggestion I would make for the writer would be to tell the story first then the law examples then ask the questions so people understand what to look for.
Tell them what you are going to tell them,
then tell them,
then tell them what you told them,
Ask questions.

Overall a good book with a fun example…. Yes it could happen to anyone.
