Heidi has been trying to control her feelings for Liam for years - he's her brother's best friend and the best person she knows. When Heidi was glimpsed at in another book her story intrigued me so I am happy that it was expanded on.
Liam and Heidi had a believable chemistry for a best friends sister kind of romance and I love that all the characters aren’t your stereotypical popular kids and that there’s some depth and valid emotional alike the Vixen reveal
This was a very sweet brothers best friend romance with some secret identity and gamer themes and no real angst. Just two golden retriever types finally opening their eyes to what was in front of them all along
