Good attempt by Edwin to compile this work from so many different authors. He has laid out the outline really well for a source book. But unfortunately only the work written/compiled by him (and a couple of other authors) is worth reading. Most of the other authors strayed from the main theme of the book.
When I started reading this book, looked at the TOC and read Edwin's chapter I was so happy that I picked this book, felt like I hit a gold mine. Second chapter was horrible and probably third also (it has been a few months), and after that it was hit and miss on the main theme of the book.
