Missing Chapter
Webnovel, the publisher, has been grabbing bunches of the chapters off their site for this book and is screwing with the author's pacing. In this publish grab fest they left out a chapter from between last book and the start of this book forcing me to "pay" for it on their site/app to understand the beginning of the book.
Not surprised as I've never liked their site/app purchase per chapter crap, some series can cost up to $400 or years of waiting to get the coins? token? pass?..whatever they are as a free member benefit per month or day. I think it's 'pass' and I know they are often genre locked, or even series locked and have an expiration, daily login crap😑

Not a Complete Book. Don't waste your money.
While the storyline is pretty good, the book could have used an editor. Spellchecker doesn't account for wrong words, punctuation, or grammar. I was also surprised to find that starting with book 5, you have to purchase the Webnovel app in order to get the rest of some chapters. When I bought this series I expected to purchase complete books, not have to spend additional money to read them.
Bottom line, there are plenty of complete novels on Kindle you can purchase without being scammed like this author has done.
