I liked the story, but there were too many swear words, including quite a few F-words that I did not appreciate. There’s also an explicit sex scene that had me hitting “10-seconds forward” over and over.
The narrator did a good job, though her voice for the youngest little girl sounded like she just plugged her nose.
I really liked the characterization. All of them were whole and complete. Just wish I could’ve seen more of Primrose’s change at the end, and wish the witch’s curse could’ve been resolved.
Cute and light hearted. There are a couple subplots that didn't end up going anywhere (curse on witches who have kids??) and I think could've been left out. I probably would've liked it better if they had. Felt like too many loose ends still by the end. It also felt a little rushed at the end as well. I liked the change in Primrose but would've liked to have seen that character development more on page.
Cute story. I am not a fan of kids so they were annoying at times. The love story was obvious from the start to end. They're were too many chapters focused on the romance novel side of the story than the cool witchy things going on. The ending was a bit of a surprise. I just wished the focus was more on the magic.
