Loved this book! I've lived in Colorado most of my life and I know how the weather is but not why the weather is. I learned the official start date of monsoon season is when the dew point in Arizona reaches 55 degrees for 3 days straight. (Yes, we're in monsoon season now.) This book was full of good facts and it was interesting to relive all the big weather incidents over the last few decades - the big snows, the big fires, the big floods. I am still confused about low pressure systems and high pressure systems and all the types of cloud formations. I could not repeat back to you just why a tornado forms where if forms but I still enjoyed reading this book. This is actually a book I should probably buy.

Recommended for all Coloradans.
