Just lately I've finished reading "Man's Higher Consciousness" by professor Hilton Hotema. The book is probably the most famous among 24 published major works of the mysterious American researcher and naturopath – the anonymous author who devoted his life to unveiling of the inquisitive ancient secrets of longevity; forgotten knowledge about the nourishment coming directly of the energy from a cosmic radiation; spiritual development of modern man and his life in harmony with the requirements of cosmic laws.
It is believed that there exists a spiritual Intelligence, operating at a level far above the human one, that everyone can access through harmonious connection, by the trillions of cells present in the human body. Several people throughout the history have successfully connected with this Cosmic Reservoir of Intelligence. As a result, they have achieved astonishing longevity and gained access to miraculous and untapped powers that humans once possessed, although they have lost them to their harmful habits and polluted environment.
The information contained within this course has been supposedly discovered by the author among the remains of ancient wisdom lost within the darkness of history. Properly utilized, it allows for a conscious, intuitive and logical, understanding of the individual and collective consciousness-related state of health and mind, represented by the human beings of modern civilization. As a result, the ancient wisdom contained within „Man's Higher Consciousness” enables us to return to the innate human ability of living long lives in harmony with cosmic laws. This is gained by achieving the coherence of heart and mind, which leads towards reconnection with the higher, Cosmic Intelligence or Consciousness.
This book presents theoretical conclusions as well as scientific statistics, and gives examples of some practical use of ancient techniques for regeneration of cells and gaining access to this higher Consciousness. It is at one time a fascinating course, a reportage, and a manual on many alternative health practices – a special kind of reading that can contribute to the reader's discovery of their own personal methods for gaining longer life and higher consciousness.
I am the author of the translation, proofreading, footnotes' editing and typesetting of the first Polish edition of the book "Man's Higher Consciousness" by professor Hilton Hotema.

This book will question your belief system, will change the way you look at the world, will redefine evolution and health at the same time, and will make you think about things you took for granted. Must read.
The author discusses a very radical and controversial idea: that the original Human Beings didn’t need food or water to sustain life and grow; they lived on Breathing only (Breatharians).
This idea is not new, and was adapted by many ancient belief systems and civilizations before. It is believed that the human being can reach a Higher Conscious state where he can sustain life through the Breath only (Prana/Energy).
The author claims that the process (of falling from Breatharianism to Carnivorism) is reversible, but almost impossible to be done while living in modern civilization (because everything is poisoned; from food to water to air).
He heavily advocates for Fasting and its importance, which might seem basic knowledge nowadays; but this book was published in 1952, when people had different mentalities.
There is so much redundancy and repeated random examples, in the aim of convincing the reader of such belief. “Some random John Doe, from a random city, lived up to 120 years old, living on liquid diet only”, without any reference or real proof.
Also, the author believes that the original humans didn’t evolve on Earth, but aliens who came from other galaxies/realms. If that’s your cup of tea, then you will love this book.
The thing is. There will be 2 types of readers for this book. The ones who knows about the laws and have at least heard about the caibalion, those will benefit deeply and imensely with this book and will love it. (🙋🏾♀️)
On the other side there are the readers who are not familiar with the caibalion, they stucked on the third dimension, they only understand what their eyes can see. They only believe in what the 5 senses show them and they treat the modern science as the matrix source of knowledge. These readers wont like and comprehend this book.

Highly recommend reading this book. There’s so much important information in it, much that has been withheld from the masses in the past. It’s time for these understandings to come to Light. I know what it is like to do extended Fasts, I have fasted with water, green juices, or the Master Cleanse multiple times in varying durations, including 3, 7, 14, 21, 35, 49, 58, and 61 days over the years. In all cases, feeling NO hunger. With practise we get to recognize that we mistake Desires for taste, texture, and comfort, for hunger. If we think of food, it stimulates digestive juices which can irritate the stomach and we mistake as hunger. We mistake the detox of poisons into our bloodstream, which make us feel tired or unwell, as hunger. It is only temporary. We mistake feeling light headed for hunger due to blood sugars. If we are in ketosis beforehand, using fat as fuel, this does not happen. Blessings to all! May you discover the divinity within you.
The topic is certainly "out there" and it got me interested at first. It makes you rethink certain scientific laws. However, it's very repeatitive and there's too much criticism. I would have liked to know more of his vision of what could be and some tools of how to achieve it.
