What is there not to like about this book? It is a no nonsense step by step guide detailing exactly how to buy pre-foreclosure property before it hits auction. Sure, it is not the most glamorous book and is not the easiest of reads. But that is exactly what you would expect from a how to book of this caliber. You can apply many of these same principles to purchasing any off market property.
