Each transmission was brought through verbally/orally first, and then each was transcribed by me, checked by two editors for grammar and accuracy (against the original audio recordings), and then put into chapters for easy digestion by the reader. There are seven chapters in the The Shift to the 5th Dimension, Creating Your Reality, Processing Your Emotions & Raising Your Vibration, Receiving Energy, Your Galactic Connections, Love & Service & Your Spiritual Evolution. The book reads nicely one page at a time. You could easily place it on your coffee table or a bedside table and pick it up once, twice, or three times a day for an inspirational message. Some people also read them like they would a novel, pouring over each and every page and finding it hard to put down.
