Do you ever become completely speechless after reading a book, because you're just in complete awe and shock of how amazing it was?? Well, this book has done it for me.
I can never form the right words to convey how much I love and enjoy Natasha's books. She has an incredible way of drawing you into her world and making you feel like you are sitting right there in it. Like you can reach out and touch Salena's beautiful hair, or feel the ridges of Logan's scars.
She never leaves me wanting for anything in her books, well, the next one, of course, but otherwise, I'm never left thinking it was missing something or it needed more. She encapsulates it all perfectly.
To say I fell in love with Salena and Logan is an understatement. Their story was filled with highs and lows, heartbreak, and happiness. It ticked all my boxes for mystery and suspense, and it definitely didn't lack in spice.
I powered through like my life depended on it, and now I'm left wishing I could start all over again.

WOW WOWW. Logan the damaged guy plus GOD of a guy and on my book bf list😉 Is the mate of Selena and HOT STEAMY. You definitely get all of the emotions not just spice, that’s nice though.

Unfortunately, the writing was terribly not my style and the startlingly instant connection between the protagonists did nothing for me. Fated mates aren't an excuse to rush the romantic development 🤷

I freaking loved this story! Hot and heavy from the beginning, this is definitely not a slow burn. Logan you damaged God of a man, swoon! Loved the visits from Lukas and Nes, brought back all the Finding Sanctuary memories! If you have read Chosen By Destiny and Marked By The Gods go do it now!!! Brilliant! Loved this Natasha!!!

Think this is now my favourite book by Natasha. Think twisty thriller with shifters and spice… quite a lot of spice 👀. It follows a different pack where the main character is mated to a human. Loved their relationship dynamic alongside her being stalked and lookalikes of her being murdered 😱. Jam packed read, highly recommend!

Their romance is threatened when a series of murders, with victims that look like Selena. Salena and Logan work together to catch the killer and unravel the mystery.
I absolutely loved this urban fantasy romance novel and was hooked from the very first page. Salena and Logan's chemistry is off the charts. Natasha has written another brilliant fantasy novel that I highly recommend. The book has a brilliant story with a great cast of characters.

Love this book! I love Wolves and this story is a hit with me. It has Spicey scenes!! Gets you on the edge of the seat!Great descriptions of scenes and characters. Some laughter, suspense , action,love, wolves, shapeshifters, and more . It’s a must read!!!

Natasha has done it again. Another book and beginning of a series I couldn’t put down.
I loved how the 2 different series intertwine without taking from either “Finding Santuary or The Ceescent Moon” but allowing you to understand the whole world they have been set in.
Selina had a miss match family just like Neserin but they just seem to make sense and they look out for one another with a lot of love.
Logan has come from not knowing anything other then loathing and despair after the attach when he was 5 years old to finding love and a few other great surprises.
Sander is called in to help Logan without realising who or what Sander really is. In saying that Sander really helped make sense for Logan of some things that were going on.
I can’t wait to read more in both series. 4 books is really not enough and I want to know more about everyone 💜🌶️

From start to finish I loved the story. I did not wanted to stop reading.
The story is about Logan and Salena.
Logan is a detective that has a dark past that keeps lingering around him. Salena is the Alpha of the pack in Boulder. When the detective moves to Boulder he soon comes in contact with Salena. And does not know what hits him. He can’t keep away from her. Salena also is instantly drawn to him.
A whirlwind of romance, feelings, love, murders and supernatural starts.
But what if Logan finds out what Salena is? Can he handle that? And what happens to Logan in his past? Can Salena handle that? Will there relation hold?
Just read the book yourself and you won’t be let down. The story just sucks you into there world. And won’t let you go.
Be aware there is a lot of spice in the book.

This book is full of family loyalties and love. Salena is a female Alpha in a Boulder Colorado. She falls in love with a detective who has his own damaged baggage. Young girls start being murdered that match her description. Everyone works together to find the killers. The book is full of mystery, suspense and love. Plenty of love scenes.
Disclaimer: It does have murder, physical and sexual abuse mentioned but not fully described.
I really enjoy Natashas writing. It’s fast paced and engaging.
I give it a 4 out 5 because I would have liked was that Salena acted more like an alpha. In many times I found myself frustrated with how slow she would react to things. I wanted her to act like Nesrin from Natasha other series. Which also twist into this one.

Book started off strong. I love the FMC because she's an alpha badass. There just aren't enough stories like this and it's usually the reverse with alpha male wolf paired with a breakable or haunted female. Many people will love it.
Why the low rating then? Because once the MCs hook up, the book just turns into hardcore smut. I'm all over smexy times but not at the cost of a good story. Or like ANY story. Because after about 3 chapters of straight up sex I couldn't even remember what the main plot line was so I gave up.

Wow!!!! I absolutely DEVOURED this! The characters had so much dimension and the plot just hooked me right in and got better and better!!! I’m a huge fantasy and romance lover and this combined all the things I love…amazing paranormal creatures and powers, the perfect amount of spice, a broody love interest, a strong female mc, and a found family! The mystery that this book centers around is so intriguing and leaves you guessing with tons of twists and turns. I highly recommend this book and I will absolutely be reading everything else by Madden that she releases!

This is a fantastic read, Logan and Selena start this great adventure, with Selena knowing that Logan is her Mate. She is very reluctant to tell him. There is love for them but many difficult hurdles to overcome for each of them. Enemies from the past cause much grief and Pain, but they eventually overcome it together. Steamy with a happy ending, and I Loved and Recommend for a Great PNR Read!!! No Spoilers!

It's a 4.5 stars for me. It's a great story with likable and well-written characters. The minus half-star is because at some point it was too much spice, It took me from the main story but I do understand many readers would appreciate the spiciness. I wasn't expecting the rollercoaster of emotions reading this story. I can't wait to read more about them (Kai and Ash, maybe Felix...).

This story had me hooked from page one to the last word. Alpha Salena meets damaged detective Logan and the sparks fly. As their relationship deepens and secrets reveal, they both must fight for their lives and love. An action-packed story with light and dark, shifters, demons, magic and steamy passion. Loved it and can't wait for more from Natasha!

It's definitely a page turner for me, I loved the strong female main character who took control of situations but also could 'feel the feels'!
I can't wait for the next look into this series. The characters were great. It was hard to pick a favourite!

Shifters, magic, characters you will love
This was my first Natasha Madden read and I’ll be going in for more. The characters were well rounded and their stories were well thought out. I loved the chemistry. The anguish. Great story line.

Must read!!!!!
Omfg, my heart was shredded and repaired multiple times throughout his book. The emotions the characters are put through really smack you. The spice is everything too omg. Easy easy 5 stars 🤩

The start of this book began as a dream I had one night. Things went a little differently in my dream but the feelings were there. I built on them and the rest just followed, resulting in a fast paced captivating story. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I did writing it!!

Well-Written Book Blurs Lines Masterfully Between Real and Supernatural
I'll admit, this book is outside my normal reading realm and I was worried I wouldn't like it, but I got sucked in the first few chapters and didn't want to put it down!
Natasha does a wonderful job of seamlessly blending the supernatural elements of her plot with more realistic ones that made it all (almost) believable!
Her characters - from the insignificant players up to the main stars of the book - are deftly written to bring you into their minds and personalities, allowing you to recreate them in your own imagination easily. (I find that characters I can't envision make it harder for me to follow them.)
The storyline, too, is well-written and smooth, and even at 370 pages, it was a quick read.
Bottom Line: If you like this blend of genres, you'll love this book. If you like even one of these genres, you'll love this book. Worth the try!

this is a fast paced passion filled fated mates shifter romance with a murder mystery twist, natasha i loved that you kept my heart beating with the suspense and mystery for one thing but then aswell as adding a perfect dose of spice to the mix! As an Adult romance novel i expected that there would be a little bit more spice and i can say that the scenes delivered without being too crazy it was straight up passion and claiming as you would expect of any shifter/fated mate romance story, this series tied up with the finding sanctuary books and anyone who’s followed natasha from the beginning will agree she’s definitely not holding back when it comes to plot after two huge reads and world building books prior to his light in the dark it was refreshing that the two books prior established the world building in her previous 2 books and to just cruise thru salenas book and enjoy the hell out of it. it’s definitely 5 stars for me.

An enjoyable read, though a bit predictable. The story had a nice emotional arc, and I liked the connection between the characters, but it didn’t really surprise me or bring anything particularly new to the table. That said, it’s a solid choice if you’re in the mood for a heartfelt, straightforward romance with a touch of drama.
