What a suspenseful and well written novel. The most dangerous man in the world has been captured and he will be put away in a black hole - hopefully never to see the light of day again. He has killed more people than can be counted and did it purely for the fun of it - but he escapes and the good guys are trying to find him before he kills more? Will he be captured or will he be free to cause more havoc and kill more? I received this novel through StroyOrigin. I highly recommend this novel. I plan to read more by this author. This is a true and honest review.

Phoenix Rising: A Scorpion One Book , My first read from author Lawrence Hebb was amazing! The book's blurb enticed me. 301-pages that I read it in one sitting, in just a few hours. Great characters, great storyline, timely in that involved Russia & the Ukraine. I'll read more from this author, so good that I've went out and purchased the rest of the books in this series. “I received a free Kindle copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Good, exciting action thriller

Plenty of action SAS style for a fast-paced, action thriller.

Scorpion One never leaves anyone behind, worked to free Sandy, who is captured by the Russian Mafia.

Nice plot twists, keeping the action intense. I enjoyed the book.

Pulse pounding action

The team was in a fight for their lives. The enemy was winning. The story was solid and the outcome never certain.
