UGH. If you read my review of Mr. Wimp (Book #1) You know that I am HERE for the healing and humping journey that "Busty Bella" is on. In Mr Smooth, Book #2, she is with the prime rebound every journey need, Liam. He is the quintessential experienced playboy that we all need to learn a new move or two from but most importantly to remember who the F*C* WE ARE!!! He will see you for the vivacious, gorgeous, seggsy woman that you are instead of the stagnant, borning or insecure person you may have been "beaten down" to over the years or with an unfulfilling partner/relationship. Liam is the fresh set of eyes...and balls... that help us all get a jump start on the journey!
I was hooked in book one but when this dedication started with "For every woman that has had to find herself again. I'm proud of you! That sh!t takes guts and strength." I was addicted officially to the series. I mean I still have 10 more to go and I CAN. NOT. WAIT.
I literally had gagged at a description of Joel, her cheating, soon to be ex-husband which makes total sense for IRL men and of book 1.
This book ... SERIES ... is so relatable to literally anyone 20-50 at this point, I swear. haha
When Bella says "The words fell from my mouth without me even thinking." I was literally looking around to see if B.L. Wilde was in the room reading my mind. Why does that always happen?! Those words just tumble out before we know it! Throwback drink of Malibu + Coke transported me back to parties in high school and I'm about to stop for some this weekend to take a trip down bad decision...errr... I mean MEMORY Lane.
I CRINGEDDDDDD when Bella talk about Liam making her "feel good" but was immediately in stitches ...and on fire... when Liam called her out with a "Feel good?... "Do you mean you want me to make you (um?". Ummm... Yes please, sir, please.
I appreciated that Liam was a little man wh@re but still was a gentleman looking for consent without making things awkward.
My big note is the personal attack I felt when Bella was satiated with mind racing after some spicy fun and Liam says "Hey, whatever is going on in that mind of yours, stop."
Not saying that is me but I will have to talk to my therapist about it tomorrow.
The most important question in the Bella//Liam relationship to ME was..
"Do you like pineapple on your pizza?" because, obviously, YES.
I also learned a new fact about Twilight (which I've never read/watched... I know, I know).
Every woman at some point in life has wanted to or recognized + basked in the feeling of being desired and I so appreciate the realism B.L. Wilde brings to the stories (i.e. "Only wearing leggings, I could feel how much Liam wanted me."
Was I a little jealous they got to indulge in my dream?! {The next few hours we simply talked, ate pizza and drank wine.} Also yes but again, thats for my therapist and husband to sort out.
You thought you were hot and ready (Little Caesars!) just wait until you picture the 'wicked grin' that plays out on Liam's face when Bella divulges that he's about to go where no man has gone before! Whew!!!
He lost me a little on his game saying "awesome t!ts" but honestly it's such a 'typical man' thing to say... I just wish, as my current book rebound boytoy, that he would have said something like 'delicious, enticing, voluptuous, scrumptious' ... anything more than "awesome". haha
It all worked out when he won me back over telling Bella that she was worth so much more than Joel (Mr Wimp) and I'm so happy Liam is the bridge to quenching her "undeniable thirst for deep, raw s#x."... outside of reading steamy books.
I felts that towards the end of the book there was a few openings about Liam that could EASILY lead to a spin off book of his backstory and character development so I hope that can come to fruition... maybe another series that follows back up around with the Mr Guys with life after Bella.
All in all, I am LIVING for The Human Mating Site series... it's such a quick, fun but FULL read for each installment and I'm invested in Bella, her journey, her friends and all the steps/guys she encounters on the way to Mr Right!

Book Review
Title: Mr. Smooth by B. L. Wilde (The Human Mating Site Book 2)

This is the second novella in the Human Mating Site series as after the major cliffhanger that Wilde left us on at the end of Mr. Wimp I couldn’t wait to get into it. Obviously it opens with Bella finally revealing what Liam wrote to her in that text message and it really sets the tone for the entire novella.
Bella has been warned by several people that Liam is a playboy and doesn’t hang around with the same woman for a long time, but he does have a level of respect for his partners that isn’t seen in similar men. When he takes Bella out on a date, I almost cried when they discussed their wants and needs like actually adults rather than trying to read each other’s minds. Both make it clear they aren’t looking for anything serious and don’t want to get attached to each other, but Liam also knows that Joel has done a number on Bella and she doesn’t even recognise how appealing she is because her self-confidence is non-existent.
Over the next three days Bella and Liam dive headfirst into a sexual relationship but they don’t sleep together straight away. Knowing what Bella wants from these hookups Liam makes it his mission to make Bella understand her sex appeal, because she doesn’t see it as she is self-conscious. On night one he brings Bella a lot of pleasure using only his hands, day two he introduces Bella to the absolute delights of oral pleasure and finally they sleep together on the third night. However, it seems that Liam gets his pleasure from the chase which is over now as he hasn’t contacted Bella for a few days but she has joined a dating site and begins chatting to a man called Jack, planning to go on a non-sexual date with him the following week.
That weekend Bella ends up going for cocktails with her friends only to have Jack come up and say hello just before Liam comes over. Her friends jump in and tell Liam that Bella is planning to go on a date with Jack which seemingly puts an end to their casual encounter. but Liam has made it clear she can come to her for advice on the dating sites and the men on there. However, it seems that Bella might not be ready to let go of Liam yet but I can’t wait for Mr. Player but I can’t yet predict where the series is going to go into e long run. I also wish these novellas were longer and that there was more depth in the sex scenes as they seem a little superficial right now but I think that’s the point.

Bella is ready to get back out there after the end of her 12 year relationship. The bartender, Liam, is there to be her first conquest. Yesss we finally get to the dating. Liam was hot, funny, and charming. One of the things I found unique about this character is that most players are inconsiderate and jump quickly to the next conquest but not him. This gave the character more depth and made it easier to like him. The s*x scenes were spicy but not super detailed. My only issue with the book was the use of the word “knickers” during the spicy scenes. I know that the book is based on the UK but I couldn’t stop cringing or laughing when I shouldn’t have. I’m super excited to know more about Jack and the other characters in the series!

Bella’s search for Mr. Right continues in Mr. Smooth the second book in the Human Mating site series. The anti is upped along with the spice. I just wish there was a little bit more into the sex scenes. Online dating has never been so fun. It is a quick, fun and sexy read. Liam is one man to show you what you have been missing out on. Have a few fantasies, he’s your man. He knows how to burn up the sheets and Bella is just the woman to let him, but he wants her to see just how beautiful and desired she is first. Insert sigh……….. I mean what a man right, even if he is a player. Things may just get a little messy when there are two men involved. Damn cliff hangers….

2nd book to the series and it is hot, hot, hot. I cannot wait to follow Bella on this ride! Liam is hot. Plain and simple. The hopeless romantic in me hopes that the player will fall for the good girl. But we will see how the series plays out! Liam sure knows how to make Bella learn to start appreciating herself.
This is a fun, quick, spicy read! Definitely should read the 1st and then this book.

Well hello there Mr Smooth!! Mr hot, hunky, make me feel sexy again man! Book number 2 is so relatable yet again! There are parts that I feel are a bit “cringy” but I also feel you have to have the cringy parts to get to the good parts of the story. Super fast, fun read and I seriously can’t wait to get to the next installment to see what (and who 😉😉) Bella does next!

This is novella two in the series and it was definitely enjoyable. This focuses on Bella and Liam. I love how patient Liam was with Bella and ensured here that things would move at her pace. The text messages incorporated within the book was an added bonus. The ending of this book left me wondering how Liam feels about what he saw at Chicago’s. Can’t wait to see what happens in book three.

Great starter guy to get herself in the game again. Liam sees what she needs and helps her move on from Joel.
I have a feeling though Liam likes her more than normal. Which would make me so happy just to get her friends to back off and be supportive.

This is even better than Mr Wimp!!! I loved it so much!! I immediately looked for the next book to buy on Amazon but it wasn't available yet. bummer. But really looking forward to Bella's conquests and what happens to Liam too!

Just keeps getting better and better. Bella starts engaging into a more tantalizing conversation with Liam and they hit it off. One thing leads to another and they explore more of each other. Thoughts provoke Bella thinking that maybe there is more to explore.

I enjoyed Mr. Smooth, but it ended in a cliffhanger! Overall it was a great quick read! I cannot wait to see what happens in the next one. Bella is a character you can truly love! An amazing series to remind you to love yourself!

Another short but steamy novella in this series. Bella met Liam at the bar. Though she was warned to stay away, Bella decided to have some fun. You gotta start this new life eventually. Why not start it with a no-strings encounter?
Liam is not that guy. He doesn’t do relationships but he wants Bella. He is willing to “coach” her and build up her self esteem. Bella is having fun with Liam but is unsure how to do whatever they are doing. Does she call him? Is this a one-time thing?
Bella meets Jack online and decides to set up a date with him. While at the bar Liam works at, guess who makes an appearance. On to the next book to see how Bella handles this sticky situation.
