This is a tiny book that is very helpful in terms of intentions/affirmations as well as how an Intenders Circle works. I recently joined such a group and am grateful that another Intender lent this book to me to cover the basics of intention setting and group flow. Having worked with affirmations for many years I look forward to practicing intentions with like minded others.
