Wow!! So LBS is a writer of EXTREME taboo books. Heed the warnings - TRIGGERS kidnapping, noncon, enema, "water sports" (which does NOT mean jet skiing), abuse, degradation, etc. I'm not into these kinks, but I go with it because that's what my pal LBS writes.
Zak (billionaire, recluse, hates people) attends one charity function each year, but this year some horrible royal socialites sit at his table. They're everything he hates about society; vain, shallow, vapid. When his friend, Benny (agoraphobic), says that he's ordered a sex doll, it gives Zak an idea. He decides to kidnap Elizabeth (drug addict social media star) and turn her into his own personal sex doll.
They spend a year in a deserted location where he treats her like nothing more than holes to f*ck. Elizabeth discovers she likes all of the nasty things he does to her. When he decides she's now perfectly trained, they go to his island, where he plans to breed her. We get to see a side of Elizabeth that shocked me and I was so excited to see. In the end they have a HEA.
Personally, this isn't my kink. I still like the book because it's totally outrageous and it's meeting a need for those that do enjoy this kink.
I'm seriously not joking. If you don't enjoy the triggers I mentioned, then don't read it. You've been given fair warning.

Rooting for Crazy Kids
So I don't typically read books with the words Doll or Pet in the title, but this one by Lovebite Shorts had Halloween in the title, so I figured what the hey try it out. I'm so glad I did because this whole ride was wild 😄. It was succulent writing with precision. Each charavyer had an arc in between the pure smut. I can honestly say this is top-tier short story/novella stuff 👌🏾.
The MMC was crazy obsessive. Having a view into his thoughts helped digest a lot of what happened. Lady Liden was such a pill in the beginning that we totally understand why she's ladynapped. Big thank you to the author for making her 25 yo in the story. It really added to her stunted behavior. Seeing her progression through the story is what made it worthwhile.
Please follow the TWs. 💧 sports are all up through here. I usually despise it, but the author did a great job of layering it with other hot actions. I'm a "less toys the better" kind of reader, so I appreciated what little toy play there was. What we saw was just perfect. Ultimately, as we reached the ending, I was curious to know if we would get an erotica ending or the romance HEA. I was pleasantly surprised. The steam was 5 alarm blazing hot. The reading went smoothly.

“My Pretty Doll” was a wild and chaotic story. I had to overlook a few things though (especially the golden showers) to avoid feeling disgusted, because otherwise it was very erotically appealing.

This is a very well written short story that is gonna blow your mind! There was several places in this story that I found my jaw just hanging open. I had to go back and reread what I had just read to believe it. 🤯🤯🤯 I don't think I have ever read anything quite like it before. Zak is a complete psycho! But even if he is not willing to admit it to himself. That dude is in love with Elizabeth. And the crazy chick loves him back! They are both well suited to each other. Both of them have that touch the other and ☠☠☠ vibes. Both are extremely jealous and possessive of each other. I have to say that I loved both of these crazy characters and I am so down for more of them!

This was a great read. I loved Zak, the fact he makes his own rules, not accepting societies ones, is definitely a turn-on. His attention to detail and advance planning is totally worth it. His doll is just right, though I wish there'd been more from her perspective, how her thoughts changed as he trained her. Also a year is rather a long time, it usually takes much less time. How his feelings evolved was interesting and near the end, the contents of his lock-box was a lovely surprise.
I'm just hoping there's more, similar books by the author :)

This book has some dark themes, some taboo themes. Okay I am just gonna say it there is urine involved.. lots of it. I honestly lost count.. anywho I did enjoy this book. I so disliked the FMC at first to the point where I figured she deserved the depravity BUT by mid book I was like aww come on hasn't she had enough! Zak was interesting.. not a book boyfriend for me persay but he had his moments. It was a good little no plot all smut novella and sometimes that's just what a dark romance girly needs 😏

Should not Love This Book
This is so out of my comfort zone, but I loved it!!! The main male character is not a hero. The main female character is not a good person. They needed each other. The story has kinks that may be dark to some, they are perfect for this couple. Can't wait to read more from this author!!!

Ooohhhhh Zak you depraved bastard you!!!! I definitely questioned my sanity reading this book!!! I may be more twisted than I initially thought, but Zak was a beast and one I would love to meet!!!! He and his fuckdoll were perfection. This book is not for the faint of heart and if you think you like dark romances double check!!!

Ok wow....there were several times where I was wondering what the heck I was reading. Stalking, kidnapping, murder, non-con, a deranged main character and more. This book is definitely dark but has a happy ending. Is Zak crazy? Yes of course. Does Elizabeth fall in love with him still? Yes of course. This one won't be for everyone - lots of taboo including waterspouts throughout.

Not surprised, I knew what I was getting into and it was exactly what it was, can’t blame it. As someone who strolls in dead dove tag on Ao3 for fun, this is right down the alley for you if you’re deranged and sick like me. Love water sports? Lots of it. Forced body modification? Sign me the fuck up. I’m all up for getting down and morally dirty.
Now for why I rated the way I did:
-Too much anal for my liking, just personal preference.
-A tad bit too abusive for my taste (Im more of a mind game type of person yk?)

This book is my first by this author, and I have also read The Author LoveBite Shorts, which is the second and I really liked it, but I haven't added it to my shelf for read books because I can't find it, but if I could I would give it 4 stars, as well as the first in this topic and author!
