A book about how to walk? Someone is having a laugh right? I don't think so. I found much that connected with me and my personal situation in this book. I have trouble with my knees and legs. I didn't get a lot out of having physiotherapy, but I'm hoping I can fix myself using tips found in this book. I've already had a little go. I will update my review periodically, and record any benefits etc.

This is an excellent book - I would have rated it 5 stars if the Kindle format had been pleasant to read! Joanna Hall explains at length how to walk properly and how much walking to do. There are 4 elements to her technique- the correct placement of the feet on the ground, the abdomen, moving the arms and holding the head and hips correctly. It takes some practice especially when walking up an incline, but people have had amazing weight loss just through doing this.

I don't think that this will really revolutionize your life or health... but it's interesting to consider how we never really think about how to walk. It is a bit of a mental and physical exercise to try to rework habits you've had since being a toddler!

Very difficult to read because it wasn’t digitised for the kindle it was just images of each page. The content however was fantastic - really worked for me.
