this had so much potential, especially in the beginning but it just went downhill. i just didn’t enjoy this, i didn’t like some of the things mitch was saying it gave me the ick, and whole thing about his son seemed so last minute and like an after thought. i felt the chemistry between harper and mitch in the beginning/middle and i really really enjoyed half of this book but i disliked the ending a lot

where even was the plot? The emotion? The character development? it felt like a book driven solely by lust & spice, when there was so much potential for something greater. if you’re into that though, you might really like this book.

Gotta say thanks booktok! I really liked this story, and I appreciated Mitch (he’s a hottie). Smut was smutting with this one, I liked that there was no 3 act unnecessary breakup but I would’ve loved to see more of her world and her relationship with her sister, the ending felt a bit rushed. The tension and the chemistry was there though! It’s a good book 📕💖

One of my favorites of the year 😍
This book gave me all the feels! It has all of my favorite tropes, and seriously had me giggling and kicking my feet. Mitchell is the sweetest little grumpy, cinnamon roll, and I really loved the fact that they were both so obsessed with each other. And that Harper really let herself fall in this relationship. I wish we got a scene with the sister, but overall this was such a sweet, low stakes romance.
