I really enjoyed this book. It is definitely a valuable resource for adhd. I would have liked though more specific and tangible steps, not so much motivational and storytelling paragraphs. I was hoping to find more about how to train my brain to stay focused even when I'm not interested in something have to do as well as how to stay consistent with projects/actuvities beyond the hyperfixation period. Maybe these can be a separate book.

Too many words for my brain. Needed more bullet points. There weren’t many action steps. Lots of motivational topics. Also, was she writing this book on behalf of her aunt’s experience? Seems a little strange to write about someone else’s experience when this is such a personal experience.
