This is an excellent book for those who also love paranormal stories.
I Will Find You written by Julia Salvador is an enthralling paranormal murder mystery novel that sinks readers into the world of Zoe who is trying to find her missing sister. I love paranormal murder mystery stories. This story unfolds in modern-day France where the Europol police struggles with the task of tracking down a serial killer known as the Reaper.
Zoe’s life is turned upside down when her sister went missing. She puts her own life on the line for answers. Zoe is fearless and determined to find her sister who has been missing for quite some time. She is sure the Reaper has kidnapped and murdered her sister like the other women on the news.
In a basement tied and gagged Zoe comes face to face with Johan who claims not to be the reaper yet doesn’t let Zoe out of his sight. He leaves her tied up but is kind to her confusing the lines between kidnapper and victim. She reluctantly acquiesces to his commands.
As if in a partnership, they embark on a journey trying to figure out where Zoe’s sister is. Zoe’s perseverance, and the love she has for her sister drove her forward. Johan assures Zoe that he is not the reaper, yet he locks her up. Bound and gagged, Zoe’s thoughts raced as she thought about how her sister, and many other women, would have been tortured and killed. The author gave vivid details of Zoe’s kidnapping and how she was held hostage. The psychological game kept me guessing as to the identity of Johan.
Europol calls in a psychic to help with finding the victims and uncovering the identity of the reaper. The psychic gives grim and haunting details of the whereabouts of the victims. The author created a chilling atmosphere detailing the bodies of the women and where the reaper buried his victims. However, the psychic is having problems with seeing the identity of the reaper. The psychic makes a disturbing request to the police.
If it wasn’t for Zoe’s determination, she would not have been able to figure out who her sister’s real murderer was.

What an exciting read. This had it all. Murder, serial killer, love.
Zoe Rossi and her brother-in-law are on the hunt for the serial killer, The Reaper, who might have kidnapped her sister. But, she has been kidnapped by the Reaper and she knows that she is going to be next to be murdered.
When she is alone in the basement, a man arrives there to tell her he is saving her, but she believes that this is the Reaper. Is she going to be his next victim. In the search for the truth, nothing is as it seems in this one. I love the introduction of the Medium, who can see the future.
4,5/5 WOW!
This is the first book I have read by this author. It kept me guessing. I liked the ending and I will read more by this author. Also I really liked the book cover, it hooked me with the ads.
Very good, more than I expected. Pace was hectic, I was reading fast. Happy to find the plot was not the same old tired play that's been overused by countless writers. I almost didn't click on the book. So glad I did.
