Author of 29 books, Lynda Page was born and brought up in Leicester. The eldest of four daughters, she left home at seventeen and has had a wide variety of office jobs. She began her prolific writing career with her first novel during her 45 minute lunch hours at work. The book took 18 months to complete and was snapped up by the leading UK publisher, Headline, and she has been under contract to them ever since. She lives in a village in Leicestershire and is a full time writer.

Gripping

This book keeps you riveted right through to the end . love, deception , and justice all seen too be done, twisting one way and back to truth.
excellent read with good old fashioned values underlying to the end.

i do hate it when books like this seem to drag a story out for ages then rush to an end . the rating u have given it is for the story not the way its written.

Excellent

Great story as usual. Believable characters, excellent read couldn't put it down. Lynda page triumphs yet again great story teller.

Great story

I would recommend this book to anyone who loves books set in the 1960's it was a great read and made me feel nostalgic
