6 books2 followersVictor Konopka was born on November 4 1951 in Litchfield Illinois to parents of Polish and German descent. Mr. Konopka grew up and graduated from high school in Gillespie, illinois and has lived his entire adult life in chicago Illinois.
Mr. Konopka is retired member of the Illinois Army National Guard (twenty years) and a retired Chicago Public School Teacher. Mr. Konopka taught special education classes at Clemente High School in the Chicago Public Schools and has taught at various YCCS and Ombudsman Charter Schools.
Mr. Konopka graduated from Gillespie High School 1970
