Broken Omegas #3

Threats of Jasmine

Rate this book
Carys

I will be perfect.

I haven't been at Havenfield long. Only a year. But in that short time, I have seen many omegas settle for less than perfect packs, as well as a few that were forced into matings they didn't want. Seeing these poor omegas struggle to find love has forced me to see how truly lucky I am.

There are three amazing men that want to keep me, love me, and cherish me forever.

I will listen, and obey, and do everything I can to make my new pack happy.

None of them have so much as raised their voices to me, but they are alphas—their kind all have tempers. But I'm determined to never give them a reason to be cross with me. Because the last time I angered an alpha I loved, I was stabbed over a dozen times and left for dead in a bathtub.

I will be perfect.

The Broken Omega series centers around omegas that are abused, traumatized, or have even broken the law. Each book tells the journey of an omega trying to find love and acceptance in a world that has broken them.

NOTE: This book can be read as a standalone. Threats of Jasmine is a Contemporary (MMMFM) Reverse Harem Omegaverse Romance. It contains violence and dark themes. HEA. Please heed the warnings before reading.

I normally become defensive or angry when people talk about my age or how I don’t know what I’m doing. But when it comes to Carys, I really have no clue what to do. That precious omega has owned me since the first moment I saw her.

Rating: 4/5
Spice: 2.5/5

This book was a different kind of omegaverse I haven’t read yet and I enjoyed it immensely.

Carys has been abused and treated awfully by her first alpha so Threats of Jasmine is a journey of her healing with her new pack. I loved how it was handled and written, and my heart broke for her. Kofi, Swanley, Isaac and Judson were great distinctive characters and perfect for our omega.

One thing I would have loved to see was more depth in Carys’ relationship with each of her male.

Time to continue this series by going to Book 1, The Last Rose!

As always Kitt has written an amazing omegaverse book. She always finds some type of unique twist - in this case adding an alpha to the pac half way into the story to make it interesting 😊.

This was marginally better than book two. But it still left for more to be desired. The last 20% felt so crucial to the plot but it felt rushed. I think we should’ve gotten a long book with a more plotted out ending.

For our main villain to suddenly just be gone and it was such a cop out way. It doesn’t make sense that he’d show up alone and then that’d be it. I think this story was missing stakes, all we had was the ominous “he’s out there”, “he’s the source of all my fear” then it was just magically solved. I also don’t understand how she definitely still had remnants of the original bonding mark so she should’ve felt some sort of deeper reaction. Like I would expect her to scream in pain or pass out given how “fragile” she is.

we also jumped into sex so fast, like they barely said hello and boom we’re in bed. It all felt too fast like the author wanted to jump straight to the relationships vs actually developing a sound plot.

My point still stands, this was better than book two. I didn’t force myself to get to the end and I didn’t almost dnf so many times. But these plot lines really need to have depth and be more sound. I loved book 1 and to see the series fluctuate up and down is killing me 😩.

Honestly, I hope the author gets beta and alpha readers and if she has some then maybe we need to reevaluate the team because they should be willing to point out the inconsistencies or that the ending was rushed and didn’t have any depth to it. It should’ve been pointed out that the fmc has this severe reaction with her omega and that she should be reacting a certain way not throwing it back two chapters after having a code yellow.

Do I recommend this? Maybe, if you’re not like me and dark romance isn’t your home genre so you don’t really analyze them like me then go for it. But if dark romance is your jam, you’ll probably notice what I did and will be left desiring more.

I do own book 1 and I might buy book 3 because it wasn’t terrible but I’m not sure if it was good enough for me to buy.

Review
This book was incredible and I honestly can't think of a better pack for Carys (an amazing fmc)! Everyone in the pack did their research and put in the work (especially my baby Isaac) to make sure Carys would be comfortable and feel safe. Although Carys initially had some moments where she wasn't necessarily herself and was trying to be "perfect" so the Blackwell pack would keep her, it was nice to see how the Blackwell pack kept telling and showing Carys that they didn't need someone who was perfect and just wanted her to be herself.

I loved everyone in the pack but sweet Isaac has a special place in my heart. I liked how the author included that Isaac was a bit self-conscious about his body (he isn't ripped like the alphas of the pack) because normally in books, its the women that are written as being self-conscious about their bodies and not the men, so it was nice to see the author write about how men can be self-conscious about their bodies too. Tbh, I was a little worried about Judson being a later addition to the pack, but the author did a really good job of ensuring that he interacted enough with all of the pack members and made it feel like he was meant to be part of the pack.

With the exception of the flashbacks of what happened to Carys, the book was pretty light and fluffy, which was nice because Carys' backstory was pretty heavy. The plot and pacing of the book was good but I just wished we could have gotten some closure about what happened to Preston (Carys' previous alpha). Other than that, I loved the book and would 100% recommend it!

Side note to the author: I need the next book in this series like yesterday, I am dying of curiosity!🥺 I need to know who grouchy Marigold will get as her pack! 😣🙏

*I received an ARC of the book in exchange for an honest review.*

Carys is an omega with a dark and abused past. She is a patient at Havensfield, a facility for rehabilitating and helping abused omegas. She's healed her physical scars from her past, but is working on her emotional scars. She's undergoing treatment to sever her bond with her past alpha, Preston, who is a real piece of work and who left her in dire shape. In the facility she meets Kofi Blackwell, an alpha physician, who knows right away that Carys is perfect for his pack, even if she's far from being healthy enough to handle being back with a pack. His pack, Swanley (another alpha) and Issac (a beta) begin to prepare to support her in the extremely slow recovery process and eventually for bringing her home to them. Carys' condition takes a turn for the worst when they extend her healing timeline and the decision is made to release her to the Blackwell pack earlier than they planned in hopes that she recovers. The flashbacks we had through Carys as she adjusts into her new pack life are sometimes very hard to read. Preston was not kind at any point and the only bright spot in her life at the time was interacting with Judson, a guard who was placed outside her room.

I loved this pack. My favourite was Issac. The research and preparation this beta did in order to make the transition to a new pack and to keep Carys healthy was just perfection. I LOVED his attention to details. All the alphas were sweet at heart (even gruff Swanley) and Carys deserved the care and devotion entirely. I loved that this book had an addition of another member part way through. We don't get alphas added to an existing pack very often, so that was really interesting to read.

This book was not just steam, which I enjoyed. Check trigger warnings with this book, some people might find it difficult to read with the abusive past, but there is hope and healing there as well. This was a great read and I flew through the pages so quickly. I'm looking forward to reading future books in this series too!

I received an advanced copy of this book in return for my honest review.

Carys (h22), a patient at Havenfield, a rehabilitation program for abused omegas, suffers from severe physical and psychological trauma, including scars from her abusive past and various mental health conditions. At Havenfield, she undergoes treatments to sever the bond with her former alpha, Preston, and begins the slow process of recovery. Carys's new life starts to take shape when Kofi (H37), her former physician, expresses a desire to claim her as a mate, with plans to integrate her into his pack, which includes Alpha Swanley (H38) and Beta Isaac (H30). The pack is committed to providing Carys with a loving and supportive environment, in stark contrast to her previous experiences. When Carys's condition takes a turn at Havenfield, it seems the only option is to release her to her new pack. As Carys adjusts to her new home, the pack members each play a crucial role in her recovery. Kofi is gentle and caring, Isaac is attentive and nurturing, and Swanley, despite his initial distrust and protectiveness, becomes a key figure in her emotional healing. Carys's past continues to haunt her, and the depth of her trauma is revealed through flashbacks and her interactions. Alpha Judson (H24), a former guard who provided her with some comfort during her time with Preston, shows up at her new home, bringing mixed emotions, but his genuine care for Carys becomes evident. Judson is determined to prove himself by bringing closure to Carys, even as the pack is faced with a moral and emotional dilemma. Hot and steamy age gap, MMMMF omegaverse RH romance, exploring love, trauma, dark themes, dedication, connection, support, hope, healing, and resilience.

Whew. At times, Threats of Jasmine was truly a heavy story to read. Carys had a truly traumatic past which deeply affected her ability to live her life in the present, and it was often hard to see her trying to cope with her new situation and new pack. This might be an omegaverse story featuring an MMMFM romance, but there is so, so much more to this story than what goes on in the bedroom.

I love how Lynn developed each and every one of these characters. Carys had to be handled with caution if she was ever going to have a healing journey, and Kofi, Swanley, Isaac, and Judson were just the alphas and beta to help her. Each alpha may have had similar take-charge character traits, but Lynn made every single one of them unique and their own person. There was no doubt that each alpha served a very different purpose in Carys's life and healing, and I loved that each male was so distinct. Carys was precious and needed to be protected, but I loved the strength that Lynn gave her. Carys's healing was truly a group effort, but it started from within Carys herself and I thought that came across beautifully within the story.

While of course there were some steamy scenes between Carys and her pack, that wasn't all this story was about. There was great commentary on healing and working to overcome your past. There were also great examples of communicating while in relationships, whether it is a one-on-one relationship or something more.

Threats of Jasmine was well written, with plenty of thought given to pacing and character development. This story went much deeper than your average MMMFM romance, and I enjoyed how much actual plot development there was both inside and out of Carys's new pack dynamics.

This is the third book in the Broken Omegas series, but it can easily be read as a standalone.

This is the third book in this series and once again, we have a traumatized omega with a second chance at love!

Carys had been mated to a horribly abusive alpha (seriously awful). The only other person she talked to was a guard named Judson who stood outside their apartment (and she wasn't supposed to). He was never inappropriate - in fact it was sad how her topic of conversations would revolve around her cleaning (since that's all she could do).

Her husband comes home to find her talking to Judson and tries to kill her. We now find her recovering in the facility that the omegas from the other books originate from. Kofi (an alpha) was one of her doctors but he wanted to apply to be HER alpha (along with his pack) so he stepped aside as her doctor while they worked to reverse the mating bond and she recovered from her injuries and trauma.

A year or two later she's ready (sort of) to go with Kofi and his pack.

Please be aware of the triggers listed at the beginning of the book. It does go into detail with her abuse and she is triggered a few times even after she goes home with the pack (not because they've been abusive - don't worry!!!) but it can be sensitive for some.

It's a good story of healing - both emotional and physical. And the alphas learning how to love someone who has been through so much.

'The only time everyone is calm is when we talk about Carys. It’s like my small pack is pieces of an unfinished puzzle, rattling around without the last piece to hold the whole thing securely together. And Carys is that piece.
She’s ours. I can feel it in my bones.'

I really loved this book. Great world building and wonderful characters. I loved omega Carys and her new pack- (alpha) Kofi, (alpha) Swanley, (beta) Isaac. I loved how they prepared for her and took care of her and wanted above all for her to feel safe after the horrific trauma she suffered at the hands of her previous alpha. My heart broke for her. This story was as much a tale of her healing as it was a romance.

Out of all the characters, Isaac was my favorite. He was so sweet, and his insecurity about not being as physically in shape as his alpha packmates made him more relatable. Being a beta, his bond with his alphas was also weaker than an alpha/omega bond would be. But I love the balance and peace he helped bring to the pack and the way he took care of his alphas. I also loved all the work he did to understand omegas so he could be completely prepared for Carys. All they needed was their omega. And she them.

Judson was a happy surprise because I'd really liked him and he's my second favorite character. He was like the underdog I cheered for.

A fantastic read! 5 stars.

Omegaverse in modern setting, brings you a more "civilized" omegaverse.

While the abused, leaving Carys in trauma and long healing, i have to say, we dont need the omegaverse to see her struggle in her healing. But, yes the omega-alpha bond sure stressed it out more on how abused omega have to heal super slow from her abusive bond then to be rejected by her mate. Its was death sentence for omega. So to see her retching and so scared of her own feelings is touching lots of nerves.
Beware if you have trigger on violence and trauma.

The chemistry between Cerys and her pack was good. Slow, timid, restraint and yet powerfull in their soft love. But when the gloves off in their heat, it show a glimpse of how rough alpha-omega coupling can be. I said glimpse cause its only few and mostly at the end.

The story was good. The flow was good. Not exactly mind blowing but can still be enjoy.
Not dark,more of contemporary.
All's good for me. But one thing bugging me was Carys "dream" on her ex
Was that premonition?
A bond link with her alpha?
Does Carys have six sense?
What?
It didnt clear until the end.
And how the ex fate was subtly hint but never being said out loud...

This is the third book in the Broken Omegas series, a collection of contemporary omegaverse standalones. Tropes include why choose (mmmfm), hurt/comfort, praise and touch her and die. There is a lot of spice (mm,MF and group) and dark topics such as abuse so please review the content warnings.

The Lovely: I loved the characters and the healing journey they go on with Carys, the FMC and omega. Each of the males is quite different in terms of their personalities and interactions, which I appreciated. Carys has been through the ringer with her last “pack” and while she’s perhaps healed physically, it’s the bonds that she forms with her alphas (and beta) that might provide the best healing for her emotionally.

Rating: 4.5/5 Stars 4/5 Flames

Recommendation: I received an advance review copy, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. This is a character driven story where the plot is really there to support the character development. Thus, it’s much more of a romance story to me and as a character driven story it was executed perfectly. I loved how caring and devoted the pack is with Carys. If you like why choose omegavere with a heap of hurt and comfort, I think you would like this book.

Part of the Broken Omegas series each reads as a standalone with omega and the ones they attract. Cary an omega in healing from an abusive alpha currently a patient in a facility to help with her physical healing but also her emotional scares which we all know takes a longer to recover from and treatments to help break the bond to her previous alpha who we didn’t get to learn what happens to him (personally I would have like to have seen him suffer everything he put her through as punishment …but that is just me). In the facility she meets Kofi an alpha physician who knew from the first moment of meeting she is perfect for his pack, but he also knows he has a long way to go in convincing her but before all of that he has to ensure she is healthy enough to handle a pack. His pack is excited about her joining them unbeknownst to her they all prepared for her arrival but mostly to support her in her recovery as well as showing her that pack life or alphas aren’t all horrible but will she believe them, will she be afraid to be around the other alphas, will she recover from some of the damages done against her, will she learn that she can be happy with alphas they aren’t all the same, and is there peace maybe a little happiness for our girl?

I love a book that pulls me in and demands I finish it in a day.

Threats of Jasmine is book 3 in the Broken Omega series (can be read as a standalone).

Threats of Jasmine follows Carys and her healing journey after surviving an abusive relationship. Definitely advise reading the trigger warnings before reading this one if you have any trauma around intimate partner violence.

Things I loved about this omegaverse story:
* looking into the different ways trauma and show up and impact all aspects of the omegas functioning beyond just mental health
* adding an additional member to the pack after Carys is brought in
* Well off but not a mega rich pack
* Everyone had their own issues so it wasn't just one "damaged" person in the group
* Jud's grand gesture to Swanley - love me some vigilante justice in my romances

I loved that Carys got her happily ever after and all the things she wanted without it feeling like it didn't take work. She wasn't instantly better but she also wasn't put through more drama to get it.

I'm planning on going back to read book 1 and 2 and I'll be excited to see how Mari's story unfolds and who the prickly omega gets paired with.

Carys is an Omega who’s been through a lot at the hands of her ex-mate. She finds a fresh start with Kofi, Isaac and Swanley. Each character is unique and the author does a fantastic job showing how these bonds help Carys find peace and happiness.

I loved Isaac, the sweet and sensitive member of the pack. It’s refreshing to see a male character who is self-conscious about his body, as this is often a struggle depicted only in female characters. This made Isaac feel very real and relatable. Besides, I have a soft spot for packs that show their beta the same level of love and care as their omega.

I also appreciated how the author handled the introduction of Judson into the pack. I was initially worried about how he’d fit in, but Kitt made sure he connected well with everyone, making it feel like he was always meant to be part of the pack.

Overall, this book is a fantastic read with well-developed characters and a touching story about love and healing, just wished it was longer. I highly recommend it!.

I read this book pretty fast, I got sucked into Carys and her group of alphas. I really enjoyed this story and I would recommend reading this book. Wowza, the amount of spice that is provided by these alpha men to Carys and each other is just 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Carys is a sweet little omega who just wants to be loved and cared for by her alpha. She has a people pleasing personality and that’s because of her abusive past with her past pack. Carys is really traumatized by her past. However, she really focuses on her journey of healing.

Enter in two alphas and a beta Kofi, Stanley and Isaac. I really liked how each character had a special bond with one another apart from Carys. She meets Kofi, a doctor, when she does to Havenfield. Alpha Kofi wants to keep her and take her home to his pack…who are just as eager to get her into their home. They are all so caring and sweet in their own way. However, Swanley, (Swan) is my favorite. Hehehehe

The trigger warnings for this book are pretty important to read! I highly suggest you read them before reading this book!

P.S. I can’t wait to read more books!

3.75 ⭐️ rated up to 4 stars because I just loveeee kitt lynn’s writing style!

Yassss finally!! I was craving a RH omegaverse and you can never go wrong with a kitt lynn one imo! From the first page I was sucked right in! If you are looking for a quick read, which will have you grab your tissues at some point and maybe new panties at another 👀🤣 definitely pick up threats of jasmine!

So why not a sold 4 stars? I personally was missing a bit plot in this book? While there definitely was a threat, backstory/past element and throughout the book I definitely had questionsss which kept me on the edge of my…. couch ahaha, I felt like it could’ve been polished/elaborated a bit more? I mean like Swanson’s job… I wanna know more!!

But what it was “lacking” in plot I’d say it definitely wasn’t in charactersss. Just as always I loved the unique relationships of the characters in Kitt’s book! I love how each has their own personality, their own preferences, their own (sometimes annoying haha) traits, their own insecurities and strengths. ( I definitely have a soft spot for Isaac y’all- our lovely Beta 🥺💗 ). It makes each book such a fun read! I am always super excited to see what characters kitt will have created for us!

I really liked the way the book was structured - we had some flashbacks and multiple POVs (which I always love 😌) I just flew through the pages haha!
Can’t wait for the next instalment!

I’m a fan of RH and not to mention Omega stories with Alphas and Betas and Kitt did this second book so well. We finally get Cary’s story and it is heartbreaking and so good.

Carys is an omega to Alpha Preston only and he is a cruel Alpha. He treats Carys horribly and abuses her every second she displeases him. She can do no good in his eyes. There is Judson, the Alpha standing guard outside her the apartment door and her only friend. Freedom comes at a price and Carys is taken to a facility to help this broken Omega. Traumatized but slowly healing, Carys is able wanted by Alpha Kofi and his pack. Alpha Sawnley and Beta Isaac. Carys slowly comes into her own and realizes that not all Alphas are bad. And she is loved, cherished and adored.

What a story of recovery, healing, finding worth, accepting family, love and peace. This book is spicy 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️🌶️ and has ⚔️ crossing so read the triggers prior if this is not your thing.

This is book 3 in Broken Omega series. Each book is an interlinked standalone that follows an omega who has been hurt physically and/or mentally, their recovery and them finding a HEA with a new pack (which has at least 1 morally grey alpha).

This is a MMMF to MMMMF why choose, contemporary omegaverse with no shifting.

I love how Kitt’s series are quite fast paced. There is always something happening or you are learning new information that keeps the story going.

It is a spicy read but I found this one to be not as spicy as some of the others, mainly due to Carys recovering from her past trauma. The big ‘party’ happens towards the end of the books but there are plenty little scenes throughout to keep you going.

If you have any questions about the trigger warnings, feel free to drop me a message.

ARC REVIEW — I received this book as an early release to review.

★★★★☆
🌶️🌶️🌶️

Threats of Jasmine is the third installment in the Broken Omegas Series. It follows Carys's healing as she finds a new pack and love. Her trauma is heavy, so please make sure to read all the trigger warnings and tags before reading to ensure that this is indeed the right book for you!

In my opinion, this was an incredible read. I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and Carys's growth as she becomes more “herself” than her trauma. Her new pack is incredible, and I loved each one's dynamic and how each one fits in the pack. If there is one thing for certain, it is that Carys's HEA is well deserved.

I have not read the others in this series, but this book has piqued my interest! If you pick this up, I have an excellent feeling that you will enjoy it!

It is an MMMFM with a HEA.

Happy Reading!

I absolutely love Kofi, Swanley, Isaac, and Judson. They are so passionate, protective, loyal, sexy, stubborn you get the picture. They will do anything for Carys and she is so wrapped up in love and support it makes her realize that no matter how badly your past haunts you there will always be people that will love you even with your broken pieces. And to warn you, she has been truly broken both mentally and physically in the worst possible of ways.
This is a standalone book; however, it is book three in the series. I have not read the previous books and I am not sure how they relate to each other. It has made me want to go get the first two books which I for sure will do. 😊 The storyline is solid, and the characters are engaging. The emotions are real and bring the story to life. This book is well worth the time.

Abused Omega learns how she should be loved

Carys is 22 and has been through a lot in her life. She has been at this hospital while they attempt to remove a mating bond from her previous Alpha. She has been here for 2 years now and she is doing so much better. She has been learning about how her old Alpha was abusive and the things she was forced to do were both not okay and not normal. As they work to break the bond to the previous Alpha she knows that there is a pack out there that wants her even knowing what she has been through. A previous doctor has put in for his pack of 2 alphas and a beta to take her as soon as she is able to leave.

When Carys is told it could be another year before she gets to leave she takes things into her own hands and refuses to eat. So without another option she meets the new pack and it is agreed that they will take her even if they have to go slow.

This story is full of triggers and there is a lot of on page violence so read your trigger warnings. Following as this pack works to gain her trust and make her whole again. This is absolutely a story of triumph with unexpected twists and turns. It's full of bi men who want to worship their Omega. They hope they can put her back together and make their home complete.

This is beautiful and tragic and I loved it

I adore this series! Kitt knocks it out of the park with this dark, emotional omegaverse story. Her characters are always so lovable and intriguing and the world just sucks me right in. This time is no different. Carys is a wounded Omega who just wants to be loved and find her pack. If finding your forever doesn’t resonate with you, then you’ve lived a charmed life and I’m jealous but if it does then trust me you will find this story cathartic and healing. Kofi, Swan and Issac have known about Carys and been waiting since they first learned she needed a new pack. The trauma of her past still haunts her and her pack but a blast from the past enters mid story, shakes things up and manages to help everyone heal. I can’t say enough good things about this book. It’s a must read for anyone looking for found family, omegaverse/why choose.

Signs that you're reading a book by an amazing author. #1 while reading the book it plays out in your head like a movie or a live play. #2 you're able to feel every emotion come off of the page. I will be the first to say that this was a difficult book to read because it has some serious triggers for survivors like me. But the book was well worth it. Carys was being abused and almost lost her life to a violent Alpha. Kofi was the doctor that stitched her back together and end up falling in love with her. Swanley the alpha that has trust issues because of the Betrayal and abandonment by his parents. Isaac the sweet beta that helps level out the pack. Judson was the security guard that watched over Carys first Alpha's apartment and is also the one that saved her.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I have immensely enjoyed following this series by Kitt Lynn. I was lucky enough to receive ARCs for each of these books, to which I absolutely loved the first two, The Last Rose and Violet Flames.

The romance in Threats of Jasmine is sweet and protective, though it is very important to remember that this story has some seriously dark elements and violence that might be triggering for some, so adhere to the warnings.

Cary's pack is dedicated to making her feel safe and valued, to helping her heal from her past, ensuring that they treat her, THEIR omega, with compassion and love. That being said, this story is steamy!

This book was a great read, and I loved diving back into the omegaverse.

This was my first book I read by this writer, and I thought she did a fantastic job. This is the third book in this series, and it stands alone wonderfully. This story grabbed me from the beginning to the end. This story is about Carys an omega who was brutally abused (cringe worthy) from her previous alpha Preston Hyde then to a little about her recovery, then about her experiences when she's reselected by a new pack, alpha Dr Kofi Blackwell, alpha Swanley Pierce, and beta Isaac Mitzski. There are many triggers in this engaging story so it not for those who want a cutesy romance. The characters were depicted well and were engaging. This was an emotional, edging, dark, omega romance story I loved. I'd received a copy via Booksprout and I'd volunteer to read and review this engaging story.

The third book in the Broken Omegas series focuses on Carys and her new Alphas - Kofi, Swanley, Judson -, and Beta, Isaac in their pack, The Blackwell Pack.

Carys has been burned by Alphas before - she was abused and left for dead - so when she is chosen for a new pack, she strives to ensure that she is perfect in every way for them. Her new men conducts lots of research to be able to provide her with a safe, comfortable environment. They can tell she puts on a front to be perfect for them, but they always reassure her that she doesn't need to be perfect for appearances, but being herself is what is perfect for them.

Despite the heartbreak Carys endured, the development of her personal growth and her HEA in her new pack is well-deserved.

Absolutely loved Threats of Jasmine. Love that it had equal amounts of plot and steam. Carys is a sweet and caring omega who deserves a pack who treats her right after the hell she went through with her ex mate. Kofi, Swanley and Isaac are perfect for her. Kofi and Swanley are total opposites in their nature as Alphas, but they work perfectly together to give Carys what she needs. Isaac is their beta, and love how he knows exactly what they all need and doesn't mind giving lip to the alphas when it's necessary. Another alpha is in the story? Who is this drool worthy alpha? You gotta read Threats of Jasmine to find out!

Carys has been abused and rejected by her Alpha who abused and mistreated her. She is being prepared to be sent to a new pack.
I liked all of the main characters. I thought they had many personalities that blended very well.
I thought that the story was thoughtful and caring and gently moved Carys on to her road to recovery.
Some scenes have quite a few triggers but, I feel that they are needed so her mates realise the scope of Carys’ trauma. The trauma of Omega rejection is handled exceptionally well. Unlike a lot of books this one is more realistic about how long it takes to get over past traumas.
This is a well written book and a great 5 star read.

“Threats of Jasmine,” by Kitt Lynn

I really liked this book. Even though there is a ton of trauma a lot of the book felt very sweet to me. The men in this reverse harem omegaverse were supportive and comforting for their omega, trying to help her overcome her issues, while dealing with their own inner demons. I really like reading omegaverse where the alphas are actually pretty sweet and not always hurting them with their alpha instincts. Definitely worth reading and I will be reading more of this series for sure. 4 out of 5 stars.
